Sun West Villa, Coyaba Grand - Sleeps 8 with Shared Pool and Caribbean View

This is a great property with very large, comfortable living spaces and generously sized bedrooms, perfect for families or groups. The pool was a real highlight- clean, spacious, and ideal for relaxing or spending time together during the day, as well as early morning laps!The location is excellent, with the Rodney Bay Marina about a 10-minute walk away, giving easy access to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront while still being in a quiet and peaceful area.Greg, the owner, and Bertille, the housekeeper, were both extremely kind, professional, and always available if we had any questions or needed anything during our stay. Their presence made everything run smoothly and added a very personal and welcoming touch.We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again or recommend this property to others looking for a comfortable, well-located, and well-managed place to stay.

From our first conversation with Mr. Gregory, we felt our large traveling party of 9 were in good hands. And from the moment we arrived, Mr. Gregory repeatedly confirmed our assumptions and exceeded our expectations. The property was clean, comfortable and spacious with a full kitchen, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, a washing machine, drying racks and AC units in most areas which helped to keep us cool and comfortable our entire stay. The first floor bedroom and bathroom were perfect for our family member with mobility issues and the rest of us had plenty enough room to spread out in solitude or come together to hang out, as we wished. The pool was absolutely amazing and the multiple balconies provided us with relaxing areas where we could soak up the sun, cool breezes and beautiful views. Mr. Gregory is a local of 30 years on the island who is very knowledgeable and well connected. He can certainly help you with anything you need, including transportation assistance (for an additional fee) etc. This trip was an epic adventure for our family because we were there to reconnect with our local family while celebrating 3 milestone birthdays for family members who were turning 80, 50 and 18 years old. Mr. Gregory and his wonderful housekeeper, Bertille, made our trip even more special. They treated us with tenderness and care, without being overbearing or imposing. We would absolutely stay w/ Mr. Gregory again and really appreciated his hospitality & kindness.

Great villa, very spacious and fabulous views over Gros Islet. Pool is bigger than in the pics and much needed when it's very hot. The host (Greg) is really helpful and friendly and has been quick on communication from the start. Will definitely stay here again if we return!

Awesome home in a beautiful location. Could not have asked for a better place to bookend our sailing vacation. Great communication with host during the entire time of planning for our trip, checking in and while staying there. An awesome experience on all levels.

Our time in this beautiful place was just too short. Greg was extremely helpful and made every effort to ensure our time here was perfect. Look forward to when we get to visit Rodney Bay and this beautiful home again.

Our first trip to St. Lucia and didn't have a clue of where to stay. Knowing we didn't want to stay at a resort, we lucked up when we found Sun West Villas. It was the perfect location. Situated less than two minutes off the main road in Rodney Bay across from the Harbor Club, you are close to a wide variety of restaurants and other activities but far enough you don't hear the hustle and bustle of the area. There are sliding glass doors that span the living and dining rooms to open up allowing the breeze to flow in from a large deck where we sat to enjoy the morning looking at the Carribean Sea and then again in the evening to watch the sun set before taking a refreshing dip in the pool. Greg is a wonderful host who was very attentive to our needs. He has lived on the island for many years so knows his way around. A very wise man that cares about the guests that stay there. If we find ourselves visiting St. Lucia again, this is the place for us.

Overall great location and nice property. Walking distance to Rodney Bay Marina. However, there were very little amenities on the property itself (towels, soap, pots/pans, shampoo etc.). Couple important notes: there is no barbecue, no lounge chairs by the pool and you need to bring your own beach towels. The listing needs to be updated with accurate information - we had no cell phone provided and communication with the owner (Greg) was inconsistent. Although driving is provided, it is provided with a fee so please be aware. This includes to/from the airport, which we were unaware of. Owner did provide the free 1 way shuttle to the local beaches. He had an array of knowledge on the area that he was willing to share. Must do: Visit Chef Robbie's down the street! They have wonderful food and a great local atmosphere.

Wonderful property, but issues with communication with the owner.

We were 4 couples in the villa. We all have one room and bathroom. The villa was great with all the equipment we needed. Greg the owner is very friendly. He made us visit what was interesting and showed us beautiful view points around the villa. He also recommand us good restaurants. He cares about their guests wellness.
