We had a wonderful stay at the condo this past weekend. The condo is updated and very clean. The owners did a great job decorating it and made it feel like home. The only con to some may be the steep walk up the stairs to get to the unit. We personally didn't mind the exercise! Thank you for a great stay, we would love to return again some day.

This condo is beautiful. Perfect for my friend and I to do a giant day hike and have a place to sleep close by with comfy beds, nice kitchen, and much needed shower. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We loved this condo and already want to go back!! It was clean and more than enough space for my husband, myself and our two kids. We only stayed 2 nights but there were so many local places and things to do that we wanted to try out. Communication was great when I couldn't find it, Erika pick up the phone and was able to redirect us.

This was the perfect location for our family hiking trip to NH. The rental was comfortable with plenty of space for 6 adults. Everything we needed to cook and share meals together, play games, or just unwind after a long day of exploring. Most of the windows offered beautiful Mountain Views and we woke up to those views every morning. The community is quiet but turning right out of the community brings you quickly into Lincoln, Woodstock and to 93 and turning left put you on the Kancamagus Hwy so we were never far from beautiful hikes, great food and shopping.

What a beautiful property. It was just my wife and I but it would be a marvelous place to return with our two sons. Clean, beautifully appointed and in the heart of it all. Wake up to a beautiful view of Loon Mountain. We came in the Fall and the color of the leaves added to the warmth of the unit. Cozy sofa for watching TV after a long day. Nice kitchen and large dining table. 3 beautiful bedrooms. The owner sent a warm welcoming text, and gave us a couple of pertinent updates. So, great communication. I would not hesitate to stay here again and the rate was really amazing. You will not regret booking this property.

Perfect 2 night stay in Lincoln in September.. unit was very clean. Comfortable beds and couches. Great views of the mountain. We LOVED the old school Nintendo with all the games loaded on it!!

My sister and I had a wonderful stay here. The condo was so comfortable and spotlessly clean. The kitchen had everything we needed, the balcony view of Loon was spectacular, and the bedrooms were comfortable and private. The location was perfect to get to the many hiking trails in the area. We thank you for providing us with a very comfortable homebase for our hiking vacation.

Conveniently located near Loon Mountain where we had a special wedding event. The owner Raymond went out of his way to ensure we had an alternative place to shower and change before event when an unexpected water leak ( and subsequent water shut-off of all condos) happened due to construction mistake on next door property.

Erica’s beautiful mountain home exceeded our expectations! A clean, spacious home with ample room for our family of five. The views were extraordinary. We enjoyed sipping coffee on the oversized couch with cozy blankets, while having the mountains as our backdrop. Wifi was strong and we appreciated the ease of having the code on the door. We arrived to a plumbing issue, which Erica responded to immediately and resolved the issue, which we were very grateful for. The only thing that could have made our stay better would be if we had AC in the ground level as well as more updated mattresses. Overall, a lovely stay! Thank you Erica!

Very clean, convenient to everything, and well decorated. We felt comfortable and at home. Beware there are about 35 steps to get inside.

Very comfortable Apartment in a quiet Region. For us as planned a contrary to some days in NYC before. We can recommend it.

We loved our stay @ this Lincoln condo. It was immaculate & quite spacious.The pictures did not due it justice! The views were SO beautiful! Location SO convenient to literally Everything! Thank you! We would book this rental again in a heartbeat!

This condo is very quiet and peaceful but also close drive to attractions in town

We had everything we needed, very clean. Lots of stairs that would be tricky for some but we were fine with it! Had a question about how the pool process was but the contact was very responsive!

The condo was beautiful and clean. The only downfall were the stairs up to the condo. Not safe. Some stairs were loose and railing not sturdy.

The condo was super comfy and perfect for a few days of hiking in Franconia Notch. I was very pleased with our choice. No complaints whatsoever. It was quite relaxing and convenient.

Loved this townhouse! The living area was spacious and comfortable. It was nice having separation between the bedrooms (two on first floor, one on third). There was a cozy area with a couch and tv a few steps above the living area which would be great for a family with kids. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the necessities. Having a washer and dryer was a great help. The area was very quiet, which we really enjoyed. We would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was perfect! The beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked with dishes, utensils and everything we needed. The place was spotless and the views from all the large windows were breathtaking! We hope to come back.

The only down side for an older person is the amount of stairs that need to be negotiated.

Very nice place. A few issues with cleanliness and functioning sink in the upstairs bathroom but overall very nice. Very busy season so things get missed. Owner very apologetic and appreciative of the input. We felt it was an ideal spot from which we could do leaf peeping and see family in Vermont as well. Would stay again. One note, lots of stairs to get to the condo and inside as well so if you have problems with stairs this may not work for you.

We enjoyed the beautiful views from this property. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out. The stairs were a bit much for my husband, who has a history of 3 back surgeries. Carrying large luggage up all those stairs was a challenge. This was a nice location though for beautiful drives and short hikes.

Can’t say enough great things about our stay at this beautiful property! It is in a great location just outside of town. The home is very comfortable and has an incredible view which can be enjoyed from the charming balcony. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The beds were comfortable and had nice bedding. Equipped kitchen which was very convenient. Can’t wait to visit again!
