House and property were beautiful.

We enjoyed our stay. It is located in the Sun Lakes communities which offer a variety of activities if you want to get involved. It is a gated community which offers that extra level of a feeling of safety. Lots of places to eat both in this community and surrounding it.

This home was everything we had hoped for. It is located in a very quiet setting within a safe gated Sun Lakes community. The back yard has a large patio and looks onto a small lake with green grass around it for a very pleasing view. The house is a large 2 bedroom that also includes a den/library room as well as a card/game room. It has a very open, warm and bright atmosphere and includes a newer 65 inch TV in the living room and a master bedroom TV that both include cable with lots of channels. It is only a couple blocks from the golf clubhouse which includes a nice restaurant. There are other golf courses and restaurants within the Sun Lakes community. Tons of community activities if you want to take part including swimming pools. The owner, Dora, is easy to contact if there is anything needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

Spent the month of April enjoying this fine property. The house is spacious, fully equipped, in great condition and immaculately clean. The area is quiet all hours of the day, and there are many fine amenities in the development and the surrounding area. The back patio is spacious, shaded, and backs up to a small community lake. Dora was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with.

We found this home to be a very good place for us to spend some Arizona time. It was in a quiet area and the home was comfortable with plenty of room. Dora was easy to contact with any questions.

A very nice Ironwood home in quiet Sun Lakes. Very spacious and open floorplan. Wonderful master suite. Large patio that backs to water. Dora was a delightful and responsive hostess.

We just returned from a month at Dora's property - what a wonderful experience. From booking to checking in to communicating with us, Dora was responsive. The property is located in Sun Lakes, a wonderful community that is centrally located. The house is spacious and inviting and has all of the things you need for a long-term stay. We would definitely recommend this property and stay there again if it is available.

We did the work fir the owner.had to get new refrigerator freeze , had to unwrap etc 9” minutes. Had to get new vacuum , received we had to put it together. Guest toilet bowl dirty and did work at times. TV, Netflix turned off nightly we had to call company. No service maintenance person available
