Stayed Mar 2, 2024The house is in the middle of rehab projects. Floor and windows dirty and sliding door to get out to patio doesn’t slide easily and screen not at all. On the plus side, Owner was very responsive when dishwasher needed repair and other small things. Beds comfortable. All the pots and pans needed provided and good quality. Generous spices and condiments. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the country club. The main restaurants were not open. A bar with food trucks were open on week nights but nothing on weekends. We would love to go back to Sun Lakes again.

Stayed Mar 19, 2023Sun Lakes is a nice resort community with lots of recreational facilities, all of which were available to us. The VRBO listing accurately stated that the property had been partially renovated. The renovation work that has been completed (including new floors and new kitchen appliances) was well done, and it appears as if Owner is planning to make additional improvements in the near future. Owner was VERY responsive to our requests and was able to quickly address our needs. Thanks Buddy--we had a good time.
