Sun, golf, warm weather! What more can we say!!! Beautiful home great location!

Our home is located in the golf community where you pay to play area of the golf course. We live in a great community where you can take walks, golf, bike, go shopping (one exit down off 75). We are 15-20 minutes from the airport and about 25-30 from multiple beaches. It is the best of the best location so you are close to all of the things we come to Florida for!

Please note:
**This is not a child friendly property (ages 0-13) And NO pets are allowed at all due to the allergies ofthe owner. This is a medical condition and we make no exceptions.
We have a fully stocked kitchen, linens are provided, the lawn and pool are serviced weekly. Trash does out Tuesday and Fridays.

We have all new furnishings! We are still working on the home to replace tile in the master shower, etc. We have minor work we will be completing in between guests. Furnishing and decor in the photos are subject to change based on wear and seasonality.

Master Bedroom 1: Queen bed, large TV that is a smart TV, night stands, and dresser with two closets.
Master bath has a two sink vanity, tub, separate shower, and bathroom stall with door.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed with two draws below, nice size closet and small smart TV, two night stands.
Bath 2 : Shower only that is a step in, one sink, and toilet.

Guests will be responsible to observe and obey all community rules. Guests will need to furnish their own household items such as paper products elc. I will leave cleaning products for your use. In your contract I will provide with the Tara rules, and the house rules, and nice beaches, restaurants and places to go.

We offer beach chairs and umbrellas. Outdoor seating at the pool. And a nice grill!

Guests will need to message me if interesting in renting. With our company long-term rentals require a phone interview, with an application, photo ID, VRBO insurance, and a rental contract. If the guests wish to meet us at he property to go over how to use everything we are happy to accommodate.

I will have one of the closests in the master bedroom and hall closest near the second bath locked with no access so we can store our own belongings in the house. We do have cameras on the property that cannot be taken down; front door stays on, the camera on the garage door on left, and back pool (Which I will turn off).


This home welcomes 4 people maximum. And, 2 car maximum as well.
