Sun & Fun at The Swell Club 30A (with golf cart!)

The first time we stayed here was just my wife and I and we knew it would do perfectly for our family of 5. Kiddos are 4, 7, and 7. Everything is clean and well kept up! Corie is also very communicative and we had a couple questions that were answered within minutes. Couch was extremely comfortable as well as the beds! The golf cart was amazing to use and it was wonderful to be across from “The Big Chill” which is an area with food establishments and shopping. Also they have DJ nights on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and cater to the littles, so everyone can join in on the fun. Back to the house though: We cooked a couple times and all the utensils and supplies were easy to find. Supplies for the beach was great! The wife and I only used an umbrella and a couple of chairs, but there are pool noodles and more chairs too if you need more! Would stay here again and may make this our place to stay every year / other year when we come to seaside!

We had an excellent stay! The host was great during all communications, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The property was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. All beach items were provided, which was incredibly convenient. Being close to the pool was a huge plus, and the golf cart made getting around easy. Highly recommend!

Located within walking distance to the Big Chill and very close to the pool! Owner was great at communication and sending us info on the area. The rental was stocked with everything we needed including beach toys! We would definitely stay here again.

House was clean and well stocked. Really loved all the starter stuff (detergent, soap, shampoo, paper towels, etc) provided which is a massive help when you have a short stay or are coming from out of town. Would definitely stay there again!

This property was awesome! My family had a wonderful time. This home was decorated beautifully and had all the essentials we needed. You only need to make a trip to the grocery which is close by. The owner thought of everything. The tv console in the living area even had several games for the kids to play. The golf cart was great to have. The garage was fully stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and more. Loved the friendly neighborhood. Check in/out was a breeze. The owner communicated with us before arrival to make sure we had her information in case we needed anything during our stay. Super friendly. Would definitely stay again!
