Stayed Nov 10, 2023Overall, fine. Floors not the cleanest. Pool heater was broken. Internet went out and was only partially fixed. Great location, nice porches.

Stayed Jun 1, 2025Tons of Fun is a great home. Nice layout and the elevator was great. A nice touch to have a cart there for loading and unloading. Pool area is superb. We would definitely rent this home again!

Stayed Sep 19, 2024I came with a group of 7 ladies and the house was perfect! So beautifully updated, great amenities, fully stocked kitchen, and great screened in porch we enjoyed every morning! The elevator was great for moving in and out. The house is about a 7-8 minute walk to the beach, very easy. We had a great time!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Upon entering the home everything looked great. We realized the counters were dirty from the previous people. Coffee grounds and dirt everywhere. Even the table. The floors turned our feet black. Even the walls had spills on them that could easily have been wiped down. When we stripped the bed this morning there was blood in between our heads on the mattress pad. It was just gross! Very disappointing. I’d of would have been clean from the get go my review would be much different. The house is in a good spot and the pool was nice. Glad we payed to heat it. But the pump was broken and vacasa was aware of that before our arrival. The guy didn’t come until day 5 of our stay. Overall, an ok stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Lovely home with a well stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, and an absolutely superb back porch. The elevator was wonderful especially for those with bad knees. A main floor half bath was very nice, too. Easy walk to the beach on either end of the block. Some seasonal issues. The pool was advertised to be heated, but unfortunately the heater did not work. Vacasa did their best to resolve it. We later found that the gas fireplace wouldn't light, and since both are dependent on gas service, this is an opportunity for Vacasa/homeowner to ensure that seasonal maintenance happens. I would rather give the home 4.5 stars than 4.
