Stayed Apr 1, 2025The Grand is an amazing community so much to do, great swimming , workout rooms and activities. Our host at the house was very caring and available for any questions. The house was spacious and comfortable. Overall it was a great experience!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a good impression of this property and the opportunities we had through the activity facilities available to us there. We missed having cable tv with sports channels, as we wanted to watch end of the season football games/ The home and neighbourhood are very nice and pleasant.

Stayed Apr 1, 2019Might look at pest control aspect, last couple of weeks we experienced a small insect about 1/2 inch long and thin that was crawling on the floor. Experienced about 5-10 of them. Was limited TV channels, particularly sports and news due to the limited package from Cox.

Stayed Jan 1, 2018Sun City Grand was wonderful. More to do than we could fit into a month. This home was centrally located and very spacious.
