Stayed Jan 1, 2025We rented this house in Sun City for the months of Jan & Feb. Overall we were satisfied. The property manager was easy to contact and responded quickly. The house is very roomy with 3 large bedrooms each with an attached bath. We were very happy with the location and view of the golf course, even though we don’t golf. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets and evening walks along the golf cart path. The kitchen is a good size, however it does not have a lot of cooking accessories for a long term rental. We purchased several items needed for preparing meals. We also feel it necessary to mention that the queen mattress in one of the bedrooms is sagging in several places due to there being only 3 supporting boards. We were only able to use the grill twice because the propane tank ran out of propane. There were no grilling utensils for grilling and the front door of the grill was not attached and kept falling off.With all that being said, I think that house is more set up for short term rentals. More like several guys wanting a place for a weekend golf trip. It doesn’t have a “homey” feel and lacks a personal touch.

Stayed Nov 26, 2024Pictures are pretty accurate. The beds sit low on the ground. If you are older you might have a problem. There was a lack of attention to details. Every pot or pan we pulled out to use was dirty and sticky. We had to wash everything we wanted to use and the kitchen is poorly stocked. Simple things like a wine opener are not available. The batteries in th remote control for the tv were low. We were short hand towels and dish towels. It felt very bare minimal. The refrigerator froze our dairy products. The house has a lot of potential but I don't think it's being managed well. dish towels.

Stayed Apr 18, 2024We were comfortable and enjoyed the house very much. Clean, attractive and well-organized. Loved sitting on the patio in the evening. Had fun playing pool together. A happy experience!

Stayed Feb 21, 2024A great location for the things we wanted to do. This is in a good location for easy access to spring training parks and plenty of close golf courses. We will stay again if we get back to that area.
