Everything was in great condition. The location was perfect with access to the shuttle. Communication was very clear. We had a great stay.

Very nice house. The kitchen was well equipped. We really enjoyed the hot tub. The Free Ride shuttle being across the street was so convenient.

Our friends choose this home for our stay for Oktoberfest and we had an amazing time! From the start communication was great and they were able to give us a later check out time which helped immensely. Beautiful home with several beds, and an amazing large hot tub! Will definitely book again.

The original home was located in the midst of summer construction (noise and debris). They quickly pivoted and allowed us to relocate to this beautiful home Summit Haven to help us have a much more enjoyable stay! Summit Haven is just that; a haven! The 5 bedroom and 4 baths were spread out enough for privacy for all. The main level living, dining and kitchen was spacious and great for everyone to gather and enjoy each other. The hot tub, just out the main level sliders, was perfect for 6 of us... it was great after a long day of exploring, to enjoy an evening cocktail and time to catch up. Wait! the best part, the bus stop is literally across the street! It arrives every 20 minutes. You can get anywhere in town and never have to use your car (except maybe for a grocery run). The bus line is the grey line and it takes you to the downtown area and the gondola (where you can catch other buses to have a farther reach). Book this home now! You'll be glad you did!

Plenty of beds, bathrooms and room for everyone Conveniently located across the street from the free bus, only a few minutes into town. The management company was super communicative leading up to and during our stay. They were responsive when we had minor issues. Would definitely be back!

My family of 9 adults and 2 children ages 1 and 2 stayed here. The kitchen has everything equipment wise we needed to cook our own meals which was perfect for our group. We also enjoyed the hot tub in the back yard. The location was excellent for going hiking and getting to downtown Breckenridge. We had a great time. If you do have small children, we did bring our own high chair and a pack n play for sleeping as that was not provided, just FYI.

Close to town, but felt like we were in the middle of the woods. House was clean, nice, and we really enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and relaxing with the fire in the evenings. Would stay here again!
