Summertime Vacation Villa in Port Charlotte Florida with heated pool

The pool was very enjoyable & warm. Bedrooms comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

We had an excellent stay at this home! It had everything needed for a month-long stay and the neighborhood was wonderful. By far the quietest and most relaxing place we have ever stayed. We enjoyed the shell scoop on days we went to the beach and the pool was great. The location was close to friends, restaurants, shopping, and marinas. We enjoyed many fishing adventures- surf fishing and some charters. Everyone encountered during our stay was so friendly: Petra, Jeff (pool guy), the exterminator, and all the neighbors. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

we have just stayed in this house for 3 weeks, why 5 stars?1) the kitchen has a nice double doors metal look fridge, vrbo shows the old fridge, so nice surprise there2) living room is kind of roomy, so large format TV 65inch is right on, loved it. 3) swimming pool, must have been built fairly recently, heated too.... and it sports the cool looking lanai, nice!4) it was quiet, the neighbours were either not there or well behaved, good value there.5) the bathroom worked well and was clean, the tiles were clean, that was important6) The neighbor has a turtle that comes to the fence sometimes! Awesome.

We enjoyed our stay . Everything was clean. Any questions we had were professionally answered. Nice quiet neighborhood.
