Stayed Nov 8, 2025The home is located just walking distance from eateries, winery, downtown, waterfront. All furniture and bedding were very comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed. The property manager was very accommodating.

Stayed Feb 13, 2025First, house was beautiful and living room couch was a perfect place to hang out. There are a couple of things to note. The bed in the master bedroom is extremely high - about 36 inches - with no step. Had to give to the youngsters . It is close for those with a car but would not consider it walking distance. Finally, despite VRBO telling me hosts are to provide door code 4 hours before checking in, the host would not give code until 330. By that time my phone was almost dead and no readily available charging options. A little hiccup I thought was unnecessary.

Stayed Jan 9, 2025The house was immaculate inside and was perfect for our stay. There was minimal outside noise, and the location was an easy walk to town. The host was responsive and friendly. We had a great time, St. Augustine is a fun city. outside outside needs some upkeep.

Stayed Nov 27, 2024Would stay again - so clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked! Close to everything - was great way to spend the Thanksgiving holiday! Just don’t plan on using the hot tub when it’s cold - takes forever to warm up and didn’t want it running all night.
