Summerland Beach Retreat - Fun in the Sun and on The Beach

Phenomenal ocean views and daily morning visits by the dolphins! Property Mgt company was very attentive and easy to get ahold. Would definitely stay here again.

Three generations spent three nights here celebrating an 80th birthday. House is fully equipped and in perfect condition. Grounds are manicured with flowers, shrubs and trees perched along the cliff above the ocean. All very impressive.

Could not imagine a better spot on the Pacific coast - beautiful! Home was spotless and Paradise Retreats made the check in easy and explained the “how to’s” in the house and amenities perfectly. Thanks so much for a wonderful week!

I brought my 2 daughters and 2 daughter in laws for a girls weekend in Santa Barbara. AMAZING weekend and the house made the entire trip! The beautiful private sunsets, beach, and perfect house for a group trip.

The property was beautiful and the location was spectacular. Plenty of room for the nine of us to enjoy our stay. The only drawback was that it was difficult for our mother who walks with a cane to navigate the steps and walkways to the lower levels to enjoy the outdoor space and the beach and and it would have been nice if all of the outside landscaping lighting was on in the evenings. Otherwise we had a wonderful time!

The house was great. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking and we were enjoyed spending time with our family. We would definitely stay there again!

We had an amazing time at this gorgeous home! Although the first couple of days, the weather did not cooperate, and it was raining, the home had plenty to keep us occupied. We played ping-pong, cornhole, board games, card games, and there were plenty of TVs to keep everyone happy. Soon, the sun came out. Wow, what a gorgeous location right on the beach. You will have your own private fire pit, your own private sitting area to watch the beautiful ocean and dolphins, your own private entrance to the beach, and so much more! You won’t regret staying at this beautiful home!

I made the reservations for our family get together. There were 9 of us. The first Comment to me for the selection was You SCORED! Our family loved the place. We planned to do off property activities but after the first day everyone preferred to just stay at the house. The Beach was easy to access and clean. There was a Ping-Pong table and other games but mostly we just hung out and enjoyed the view and the weather. We saw at least 4 pods of dolphins go by. At the end of our stay no one wanted to leave, and all wanted to come back again.

What a stunning location for this beautiful home. The views are just incredible and the home has such a beautiful big living space with windows from floor to ceiling. Will definitely recommend it and hopefully come back one day. Thank you!
