The home was spotless, very well equipped, and thoughtfully laid out, with plenty of room for everyone. Quick note on the upstairs bedroom AC as others have mentioned. Just lower the upstairs shades during the day and the bedrooms will maintain your set temp throughout the day. The heated pool and beautifully maintained yard quickly became the heart of our vacation.The location worked well for our family, although the home is not really walkable to beaches or restaurants (The Red Cottage is walkable), it’s an ideal location if you don’t mind short drives. The Cape Cod Rail Trail was a huge bonus for biking, and it was easily accessible from the house.We would absolutely recommend Amanda’s Trail to other families, especially those who want a rental that’s spacious, great for hosting, and has a pool and yard where kids can play safely. It gave us the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience, and we left with wonderful memories. It really felt like a home away from home.

It is quite evident the owners take great pride in their home. From the minute we drove up the driveway, we saw the perfectly manicured grounds. The house inside was spacious, immaculately clean, and large enough for our family of 6 with a 1 year old. The pool was amazing and the yard was calm and serene to sit in during the evening and day and have meals outside. Every day a turkey visited in the morning and we loved seeing the nature this lovely yard attracts. The home is just a short drive to our favorite beach, Mayflower Beach. We are looking forward to next years trip to Cape and staying in this picture perfect home. Thank you to the owners and Martha Murray for our wonderful vacation on Cape Cod.

The pool of course was a hit with our grandchildren and the patio was large and able to accommodate us all and a few visitors. I would suggest sone railings on the stairs and a path from the parking area to the house would be helpful Overall it exceeded our expectations and we would love to return in the future

My dad needed some assistance entering the house because there is no walkway, but we aren't allowed to park on the grass.. that was a hassle and not handicap accessible. The sprinklers were on at inconvenient times- so you would walk in the wet grass into the house (didn't make sense). The upstairs bedrooms were very warm at night-making it uncomfortable to sleep. However, everything else was enjoyable and we made a lot of family memories.
