Great stay in a great home away from home

Wonderful stay- plan on coming back for sure. Our family of 6 was very comfortable. Loved using the bikes as it’s crowded during Xmas. Jeff the host had excellent communication

Jeff is very responsive and his home truly is beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. We ran into small issues such as issues with the AC and the front door not wanting to lock but after contacting Jeff he was very quick to get the issues resolved. Overall, it’s a beautiful home, very close to the beach, game room which the kids LOVED, and located in a very nice neighborhood! We truly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Jeff’s home. It was perfect for our family and the location was ideal. The decor, the amenities and the little touches were high end. Will definitely reach back out when we come to visit our daughter at college.

This house is excellent! Extremely clean and is very kid friendly! The pool and the lanai are awesome! Plus there were toys, kid dishes and even a booster seat, as well as everything you need for the beach including a beach wagon and cooler The garage has a game room which was a lot of fun. The proximity to the beach, restaurants and gyms was also a plus!

Nice stay and the wagon and beach chairs helped so much. Amazing time. The screen outside makes it nice to sit outside.

We enjoyed our stay at this house while moving our daughter back for college. Located close to everything from Publix, Beaches, restaurants, and Florida Gulf Coast University. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of four! With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, a beautiful inground pool, and an amazing game room - we could have easily spent our entire trip without leaving the house! The inclusion of items, such as beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a beach wagon, a cooler, beach towels, and bikes make this house our top choice for future beach vacations as well. The owner was responsive to every message. I sent with random questions and was overall wonderful to work with. This house was just perfect and it could not have been a better vacation!

Great location! The property has everything that covers all we needed! We received the house extra clean and with a lot of extra amenities like bikes, and toys! Very close to best Bonita Spring beaches!! We will be back for sure!!Thanks for making our stay super enjoyable!!

Nice, close to beach

This house is in a great location! On a cul de sac, 5 minutes away from the beach, restaurants and across the way from a Publix. Barely had to use my GPS to get anywhere. The game room was a hit with my 5 year old son. Having all the beach equipment was the best part. The wagon, chairs, umbrella, towels and cooler! Property owner had excellent communication with me.

We enjoyed our stay. The layout is great for families. The owner was communicative and helpful. The pool area was nice, had a few updates needed which were being fixed, and was a good size for our family of 4. I’d say the pool was on the smaller side if you have a bigger family and plan to swim at home a decent amount. Overall we had a great time - 5 stars from us!

Beautiful home that is in a perfect central location. 10-15min from almost everything. Home was clean, hosts were very responsive, and was perfect for a small group.

We loved staying at this property. The house was spotless with every amenity a family could need. The location cannot be beat! Direct shot to Naples, Bonita Beach, all of the restaurants and stores. It was so nice to have the lanai and pool for our kids to unwind after the beach. Our host was incredibly helpful, friendly and communicative from the booking through checkout.

Our family of four that includes teenage boys stayed for a week. We traveled from Minnesota to play golf for a week and enjoy some beach time. Location is great. 10 minute bike ride to the beach and close to all needed amenities. Pool area was great, warm and clean. We grilled out numerous nights and enjoyed playing cards around the fire. The game room is for smaller children as the ping pong table and foosball table are not standard sizes and the air hockey table doesn’t hold the puck. TV streaming for sports worked well. Owner communicated well. Overall great stay and would recommend to all.

From booking to check out our stay was wonderful! The place was just what our family needed while in town getting our kids moved into FGCU! Perfect location to be both close enough to campus and removed from campus. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at this house! Our two boys loved the pool and game room; and catching anoles and frogs :). We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and extra food (having items like salad dressing and coffee already there was nice). It was also helpful to have some toiletries and first aid supplies already stocked. It was also conveniently located to all our favorite Florida sights. I recommend Koreshan state park for the interesting history. Thanks again!
