Fantastic location! Close enough to walk to all the things, but very quiet and relaxing to hang out. Loved the back deck. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Neighbors were nice as well.

Great location for &10 Uber to anywhere

We had such a delightful time staying here! While the space is small, it was absolutely perfect for two people. Everything was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. We really enjoyed our time in Key West and would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed here for 5 days, 4 nights, and really enjoyed ourselves. The room is comfortable, very quiet, and in a great location. It is very close to some great dining, a couple of convenience stores and other interesting shops, but still has a neighborhood feel. We enjoyed the feeling of privacy, while still being within minutes of anything and everything the island has to offer. Marilyn was very responsive, great host! 5/5

Ok location.

The key storage is impossible to get into at night in the pouring rain. There needs to be a light so you can see. The bathroom is very small. If you are larger than a size 14 you will not be able to get to the toilet. The bed is hard. The location is good. Quiet neighborhood.

The location to downtown Key West was awesome. A true Key West experience. The parking for our car rental was very easy on the street that we stayed.

Wonderful place, clean, well stocked, quiet, air conditioner worked well, kitchen great, perfect location, parking no problem, the only problem was the shower lever doesn’t work, and water was only almost scalding or off.

Everything was great. Clean, responsive host, convenient to everything, well equipped and air conditioning worked great. Only downside for me was the bed. It was a little too firm for my comfort.

This place was very charming and the owner was easy to communicate with and was so nice.The futon pulls out and it turns into an additional queen bed, The AC is ice cold and it has everything you need and everything works. We truly had a great time. The place is very quiet and in the back of the structure off the street with a private back patio so very private and secluded. We slept great and i would highly recomend this place as you feel like a local here

This is a lovely property in a quiet, quaint residential neighborhood. Easy walking distance to many Key West attractions. This is a small place, but perfect just for sleeping and getting ready to explore. The host was helpful and responded quickly.

Some dinnerware provided was not microwave safe. Location excellent for walking around with proximity to a grocery store. Bed access challenging as was not accessible from side.

Marilyn was extremely helpful in getting us in the door. My phone died before I could pull the key box code. After a few maneuvers through Vrbo, Marilyn contacted us with the code. Thanks. We had a great stay.

Such a cute bungalow in the best of Key West. Our host was gracious and right there to help with the little things. Thank You dearly for making our visit in KW the best ever!

Ac is sufficient. Kitchen is what you need it to be. Bathroom and shower are what you need them to be. Location is great for being away from the hustle and bustle when you want to be, but close enough for an impromptu turtle trip at midnight!

Horrible , The restroom smells so bad and sheets have stains. The toiletries were not provided, the experience ruined our vacation

Host was excellent with communications, sincere and really made an effort with keeping us informed every step of our stay. 10/10 The rental wasn’t just for us. It’s so small. The bathroom was painfully small. The bathroom was of concern for us. The toilet area of 25” wall to wall. My husband couldn’t use & had to walk to service station. Highly disappointing! Shower was also very small measuring 24”x35” in diameter. There were no shelves to place toiletries. The area between the sink and wall to toilet is tight at only 18”. The bed, queen, is placed between two walls that doesn’t allow no room to walk around so one must crawl on & off bed. This was so annoying. Parking is nonexistent. There’s only street parking and availability is minimal. When carrying groceries, or luggage, it’s inconvenient to the max! There is a small courtyard out back and that is nice. I’d say this rental is for college kids who’s use to dorm life. Highly recommend anyone over 50 to seek other places or anyone who has mobility issues or of larger stature. I do believe it’s a good rental just not for us. Host tries to accommodate and neighborhood is great. Sandy’s has the BEST coffee and a very short walk. Streets are narrow enough to be more less one way due to parking on both sides. Rarely can two vehicles fit. I mentioned some improvements, took photos and sent to host. She’s awesome and wished I’d met her. Our stay was memorable.

Great little apartment and good communication

The value for Key West was excellent. We stayed 5 nights for what our friends paid for 1. It's older, but that is a lot of the charm. Staying in the neighborhood was a completely different vibe. We were able to walk to everywhere, including a great grocery store and we walked to Mass at a beautful Catholic basilica. We had a flight change and host was extremely flexible. Communication was extremely quick. Duval St. was a quick easy walk which saved so much on Ubers. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I really enjoyed the property. It was intimate and cozy and perfect for just the two of us. Shower is a bit tight but it served its purpose. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute place! Great location and communication.

The overall impression of this property was it was cute and satisfied our needs. There were a few minor things that should be corrected, but nothing that was outrageous. Our hostess was amazing and communication with her was great!

We really enjoyed our stay..the little guest house was cute and exactly what it advertised. The bed could have been a little softer and a little more cleaning in the unit wouldnt hurt either..the only other thing, is there was not enough bike parking. Overall everything was good, location, noise, food etc.

This place was perfect for me and my boyfriend! It was in a great area very convenient and parking was pretty easy to find nearby, the new updates were super nice and everything was really clean! Host was really nice and understanding, would definitely stay here again!

This was the cutest apartment! Not sure what all the comments were about regarding the bathroom. I found the shower water hot the bathroom was plenty spacious and I applied my makeup at the sink. Plenty of room. The kitchen is well equipped. My only suggestion if you do not like a firm mattress bring or buy a pillow topper. Also, I had no problem getting in and out of the bed. This apt is located behind and attached to another home which is very typical. My friends owned a home behind but not attached 3 houses down from our rental. We had no problem parking. I was very Leary given the price and was amazed on what I found.

Parking is difficult and the write-up says there is onsite parking. For newbies to Key West, this should be rewrittten to specify accurately that there is no assigned parking. Otherwise, this was a great stay.

This was a great location and easy place to stay. We were able to walk to many locations in Old Town. The new updates are a nice addition to this location. Fresh paint, refrigerator, A/C and the patio is a great place to relax.

The place was cute; we had everything we needed and it was convenient to all the fun w/o being too close to all the noise and busyness of Duval St. Loved it!

Our stay was great. Marilyn provided us with all necessary information. The house itself is very clean but tiny. It is good for a couple or two people. It was perfect for our needs ! :)

The good: convenient location, quiet, bed was comfortable, the little patio in the back is nice. The bad: there is no “on site’ parking but we always found parking on the street about a block away, The communication with property manager was a bit strange, she accused us of still being inside the unit a full day after we had check out on time, despite texting her to tell her we had left (an hour before check out)

This spot is a good spot for a couple looking for a place that’s quiet but close. The place has everything you need for a stay with a full size stove and fridge, comfortable bed and roomy enough considering you’re out way more than you’d be in. There’s WiFi, AC if hot, a private outside patio area , beach chairs available, and the basic needs to prepare food if you don’t want to go out. It’s close enough to walk to Duval St or the beach. The owner is easy to work with and very communicative. She’s super nice and wants her guests to enjoy her home.

It is not shown in the photos, but the space that one must squeeze thru in order to get to the toilet is only about 18 inches between the corner of the shower and the lavatory vanity. A large person will not do well in this unit in my opinion.

The property is small and dated. It is fine for a young couple, or a small framed couple. If you are elderly you will find it challenging finding street parking, navigating the unleveled walkway on the side of the house down to your unit. I had to carry a lot of heavy items from the street to the back of the unit and it was not easy. Their are tree branches you have to dodge, you can't roll your suitcase, and the ground is uneven. The bathroom is tiny so if you are a larger person you may have issues with the shower and toilet. Again, if you are younger than the unit will work fine for you.

A lovely, typical property located in Old Town area of Key West. Very comfortable stay, quiet ensuring good sleep. Great location and I did everything either by walking or on the bicycle I hired. Excellent communication with host who replied within a couple of hours if not sooner!!

This is our second time visiting this location. We came here last year when we got married.. Marilyn is a wonderful host and this place is adorable!

Manager never sent door code after repeated requests. Neighbor had to help us gain access to the rental. Also, we are senior citizens and the rental was definitely not designed for our needs
