Stayed Jan 19, 2026Very nice home with plenty of room to roam. The pool and hot tub were very clean and a nice perk. The house is basically across the street from the beach access. I’d stay again in a heartbeat. Felt very private but easy commute for groceries and to St. Augustine.

Stayed Nov 25, 2025We had a wonderful time gathering the family for Thanksgiving. It was a perfect spot to enjoy the beach, pool, area restaurants, boat trips and other activities. We also went to the festivities in St. Augustine which was great but we were so happy we stayed out in Vilano Beach. Perfect spot to escape the chaos.

Stayed Apr 26, 2025The pool, spa and location were excellent. There are some deferred maintenance issues on this property. The outdoor furniture is cheap and is not accurate in the pictures of the property. The property could use a nice outdoor table and chairs for outdoor dining. One other item is the need to install a hand rail to enter the pool.

Stayed Mar 15, 2025The Flamingo House was perfect for our girls getaway! Its was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the heated pool and the hot tub everyday. Its was a short walk to the beach and the main area in Vilano. We would definitely come back.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved our time at this property. The house was easy to find, in a lovely little neighborhood by the beach, and had plenty of space to relax. All spaces were clean and comfortable. The pool/lanai area was clean and private. We felt secure and relaxed, even during a large storm event. Adam's communication was detailed and helpful both before and during our stay.

Stayed May 29, 2024The pool and hot tub was a hit for all of us (kids and adults). Walked the beach everyday (sometimes twice a day). Restaurants were so close, it was perfect. The openness in the kitchen and family room was great! And when we cooked some meals the dining room table was great. Also great for playing games!
