Overall the stay was great. The furnace does get loud and the toilet won’t flush sometimes. But would definitely book again.

What a beautiful cottage! Our group had an amazing time. The cottage was beautifully decorated and had new appliances and equipped with everything we needed. Rick left restaurant recommendations and thorough instructions that were very helpful. Location is very close to downtown Boyne City and Boyne Mountain and Nubs Nob. We stayed at the cottage during the Covid pandemic, and the entire place was kept very clean and we felt safe. We enjoyed our stay very much and we will definitely love to stay again in the future!

It was the perfect size my family of 4! My 2 kids loved the second bedroom. All the beds and bedding were comfy. We found everything we needed for cooking, laundry and bathroom essentials. Great location! Very cute little place!

We enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Cottage very much. It is nicely updated, clean, and had everything we needed minus food for our stay. The cottage location was great and very close to town and Avalanche preserve which has some great hiking/mountain bike/snowshoeing trails and an awesome overlook. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back in the future.

The place is adorable, totally clean, well stocked, with owners that are incredibly responsive and timely. My son was thrilled with the three streaming services.

The host was very easy to reach even though we had no problems. The extra snacks and toiletries were a great bonus. The heated blankets were nice for the cold nights. Would stay again.

The house was clean and nicely decorated with new appliances and a lovely, well supplied kitchen. The beds and living room furniture were comfy. The extra touches were great: cozy throws, electric blankets, extrta pillows, large fluffy towels, good quality toilet paper and facial tissues. The bottles of water and snacks were very thoughtful and handy to have available. The house was located on a quiet residential street, but had easy access to the downtown. We appreciated that there were no steps to get into the house. We would definitely stay their again. The only drawback was that the furnace was very noisy and made it difficult to hear the TV.

We came for the Thanksgiving holiday to visit family, before Boyne Mountain was open. This is a sweet, cozy cottage with nice amenities. Owners/property managers were super responsive. I’ll stay here again next time if it’s available.

My goal was to visit the SkyBridge and this rental was conveniently located to many attractions. Boyne City is a wonderful spot on its own. And we drove to Boyne Mountain to walk the bridge and enjoy the amenities. It really was wonderful. Beautiful area. Neighborhood quiet. We walked into town for the Friday night stroll on State. It was perfect. And the house itself had everything we needed. And snacks! And cold water in fridge! Thank you! We cooked our dinners in the well stocked kitchen and brewed coffee in the mornings. Did a load of laundry before leaving. I will return!

We stayed here with another couple for a wedding weekend. Worked out to be the perfect spot. The host was easy to communicate with and the house was cozy and comfortable. Very close to all the wedding festivities.

Becky and Brian were great communicators prior to and during our stay. Their cottage is clean, well decorated and cozy. It was just my wife and I there to take part in a college reunion and the size and amenities were great for us. It would be close quarters for 4. The king bed was great for sleeping and the shower good. There was a lot of work being done on the roads but we were able to navigate that. The cottage is about 7 blocks from the lake and downtown. Overall a great stay for us.

This is the second time we have stayed at this cottage. We love that it’s close to Boyne and Lake Charlevoix! It’s very clean and the hosts have paid attention to detail to make your stay effortless. I felt very well taken care of and would definitely stay again!

Pine Cottage was excellent all around. The location was perfect for Traverse City & Macinaw . The place was clean and had everything needed. Communication was great if you needed anything, as well as suggestions and menus in their book. Loved all the cities, beaches and places we visited while staying. Brian and Beckys cottage is so comfy and always nice super clean. Hade a small issue and Becky got back to me immediately with the upmost professionalism. I'm going again to visit my grand kids and I will stay here again.

Very cozy. Management was friendly & helpful. Beds were comfortable & everything worked as it should.Boyne City is a cute little town with lots of parks/beaches/playgrounds & fun local restaurants (including an awesome French bakery!).

We visited to ski and visit the waterpark at Boyne Mountain. Location was great for this purpose. House was clean, comfortable (great beds), and had everything we needed. Unfortunately, a huge ice storm hit during our stay and we lost power. However, host was communicative and had flashlights available and the gas stovetop allowed us to still cook/stay warm/city water still worked as well. In spite of the power outage (out of host's control), we still had a great time and plan to return when visiting tbe area in the future!

A great place to stay, clean, cute, easty to find...

Clean and well-kept rental very close to skiing at Boyne Mountain and a reasonable drive up to Nub’s Nob. Near the lovely restaurants, etc., in town as well. Property managers are hospitality-minded with welcoming and helpful amenities from providing snacks and coffee supplies, to recommendations for local attractions, to electric blankets on the beds (big hit with out 8-year-old), to quickly answering texts and communicating proactively. Recommended!

Beds were fantastic. Everything was new and clean. Loved having a washer and dryer. Communication with host was really great. Would definitely stay here again during ski season. Easy drive to Boyne Resort.

We stayed here on a ski weekend trip. Was perfect size for me and 2 kids. We loved the heated blankets after a full day of skiing! Location was just a few minutes from the mountain so we could come back for lunch or dinner and then go back to ski later.

This is exactly what we were looking for. Privacy away from the resort with easy access to great food and fun!

We just needed a small place to stay while visiting the resort. We are so happy we found this home. It was exactly what we were looking for! The best part was the 2 bedrooms so our small children could be put to bed and we could still enjoy our evening. I mostly interacted with Becky and she was so helpful and friendly. This is our second time staying here. I’m very picky about the cleanliness of a house. This house is spotless, super cute, and in a perfect location in town. We tend to drive all over when we are up - Traverse City, Indian River, Mackinac, etc and this is central to all. The owners communicate very well and we had absolutely no issues. Highly recommend!

We arrived late at night the day of our stay, but the directions and check in were so easy. When I walked in I felt right at home. The home was clean and comfortable after our 3.5hr drive after working and school that day. The bedroom setup was perfect for our family and the beds were so comfortable. We were so close to downtown Boyne City, that my husband and son walked to check things out. Petoskey is only a short drive away. Overall this was a wonderful place to have all the comforts of home away from home. I would definitely recommend! Hopefully we will be back in the summer months!!

We love this cottage, we’ve stayed here several times over the last several years. It has everything we needed. It’s close to town & we walked to town for breakfast.

Darling cottage very close to town. We stayed 4 evenings and enjoyed our time there. Equidistant to Charlevoix and Petoskey and less than 7 min driving to downtown Boyne City. Three of us were in the area for a wedding. This was a perfect launching pad for us to see lovely Boyne City, Petoskey and Traverse City! The hosts were gave us all communication needed, & had great restaurant suggestions. We loved their cottage. Thank you for sharing your lovely space :)

The property was clean and family friendly (including our toddler). Lots of little touches such as snacks, horse shoes, bikes and a stocked kitchen made the stay extra nice. We all loved it!

We really like Boyne, we love that the cottage is walking distance from downtown. So many food options. Summer Fridays downtown are so Much Fun. Great sunsets @ Lake Charlevoix. My daughter loves the fire pit, the owners always provide us with lots of firewood. We have been lucky with the weather both times we stayed here, but there's plenty of board games in case of a rainy day. Very close to Charlevoix and several wineries. We love walking to Avalanche Park in the mornings, amazing views of Lake Charlevoix. The cottage is very well stocked what makes everything so easy. You really don't need to bring anything with you.

Nice interior. Kitchen was well appointed. Downtown Boyne City was enjoyable. Splash pad was clean. Charlevoix, Petoskey and Boyne Mountain are close by.

We couldn't have enough great things to say about the cozy cottage! It was so clean an well kept. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the decor so cute and inviting! The snacks/drinks the hosts left for us upon arrival added such a nice touch. We loved having the bikes for the mtn trails and beach chairs for the beach. I highly recommend!

We loved staying in this beautiful home with our two children! It was just the right amount of space for us, close to town and had ample space for us to park our boat in the driveway. The property description is accurate. It was probably the cleanest of all the properties that we have rented. A very convenient location to explore upper Michigan. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. I would not hesitate to rent this property again if I were in the area.
