We had an incredible weekend - the house is located within walking distance to Boyne City and what a fun town. The house was clean with charming decor. The home guidelines were clear and simple to accomplish. The king size bed was comfy!! Downtown Boyne City ( 1/2 mile walk) is such a fun place - we met many great people!! The breweries & taprooms did not disappoint - if you are looking for some fun shenanigans - I recommend Boyne City!! Such a great getaway for my husband and I!! Thank You for sharing your place with us!!

We loved our stay! The location was very convenient to downtown Boyne City. Having use of the garage was great. I appreciated the detailed instructions and labels inside for how to use things around the house. Check-in was easy and convenient. We would be happy to stay again!

The place was perfect for our stay in Northern Michigan. It was extremely clean and comfortable. An excellent distance to Boyne Mountain and downtown Boyne City. Great place to get away from the crowds and enjoy peace and quiet. The hosts communications were timely and detailed and made arrival and departure seamless. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling in summer or winter.

This home was perfect for us. It was spotless which we really appreciated! The location was great! We didn't do any walking due to on and off showers but drove and it was so close to down town. We enjoyed the little farmers market on Saturday. It was only a 10 minute drive to the Sky Bridge and extrememly close to Avalanche Mountain.

One of the best houses we’ve ever stayed in. The home was inviting, had everything we needed for entertainment (and more), had comfortable bedrooms, and had everything we could need in the kitchen. Really made it feel like a home away from home. Perfect for our little family, and our very active baby.

House was spotless, cozy, met all our needs and then some . Kitchen was well equipped and snacks provided. We highly recommend staying there.

Lovely home. Very Clean and roomy for 4. The beds were very comfy. I am in a wheel chair and I appreciated the fact that there was a ramp. It was a little steep but it worked. That's the main reason we chose this home. Boyne was a nice town with some excellent restaurants. We had an issue with the bedroom tv but it was taken care of the same day. Thank you for being great hosts.

Second time here and love this place. Check in was very smooth. House was very clean and the amenities and welcome gift basket were a nice touch and very thoughtful. Conveniently located to everything we wanted to do-golf, shop, wineries and breweries and a ton of restaurants. Definitely will rent again!

This house was just perfect for our stay. The accommodations were wonderful and the hosts were too. We enjoyed being able to take a short walk into town and also a short drive into other towns to explore. Boyne City is quaint and cute. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay! Easy check in and out. The place was clean and had everything you could need. The location was excellent. Only a 10 minute walk into town and it was such a nice town to explore. We went to the farmers market on Saturday morning and it was only 2 blocks away on the water. Also, only a short drive to Boyne Mountain, Petoskey, and Charlevoix.

We loved our stay! The space was great! The home was clean, had everything we needed, and was in the perfect spot for all the things we wanted to do in the surrounding area. We enjoyed the two bathrooms, garage, and backyard!

This is the perfect place to stay and either play or relax. The owners reached out beforehand and the place had absolutely everything we could need or want. It is close to town so you can walk. There are games to play, bikes to ride, books to read. It is decorated adorably. It is definitely a home away from home. We absolutely loved it!!!

Overall impression in one word: impressive! This 2 bedroom / 2 bath 'home' is located in a residential neighborhood close to downtown and it checked all the boxes. It was literally a home away from home, where all the essentials are provided. Bring your clothes and bring your food. There's plenty of storage for both. Everything in the listing was accurate except the tennis courts are nearby, not on-site. Things that were appreciated that aren't on the extensive amenity listing: * individual room thermostats; * back porch bench swing perfect for two; *bicycles for the whole family (we didn't use them, but very nice for the bike enthusiasts, especially with so many paved bike trails in the area); *starter snack basket and bottled waters were generous; *coffee was just the way we do it at home; *labels on light switches and written directions were very clear, making it easy to feel at home right away; *make-up remover wipes - I brought my own, but that's a nice touch; *decor was tasteful and renovation was well done; *rain shower heads with low threshold step-in shower with dispenser soap and shampoo installed (no conditioner); *ceiling fans helped circulate warm air that gets trapped in the cathedral ceilings. We had 85 degrees then 2 days later a high of 45 degrees. We were comfortable in both extremes with the heating/cooling system. Highly recommended.

It felt like home

My husband and I enjoy staying here. I have some disability needs and this house takes care of all my issues. Plus i love that it is a ranch house.

Perfect location, just 10 minutes to the mountain. Enjoyed the downtown, the local sledding hill and the skiing at Boyne. House was very clean and comfortable. The garage was very helpful to house all our ski gear. BC pizza (3 minutes away) was delicious, as was the traditional bumpy cake.

We spent 4 nights at this house and it was great. Perfect location for dining in Boyne and we visited 4 different ski area's! Loved having garage access for loading and unloading everyday to avoid the cold and snow.

Our stay was essentially our home away from home. The property was very clean with a few extra treats left, which the kids enjoyed. The property managers were very responsive for any questions posed. The property was also very spacious. Boyne City and boyne Falls were very nice as well. But mainly the proximity to Boyne Mountain was perfect. Thank you for the enjoyable and relaxing vacation.

Loved it! We rode our bikes all the way to boyne mtn, to the avalanche preserve hiking trail, and into town. Great location close to everything we wanted to do. Very clean which is a must have for my wife and kids. For sure we burned the firewood, thank you for that.

Boyne City is such a cute, quiet town. Great location, walkable to many restaurants! House is just as described. Love the backyard! Communication was phenomenal.
