Stayed Aug 10, 2025We had a great stay at the Summer home in Harwich. The location was in a very nice area of pretty Cape Cod style homes. The home was spacious with nice size bedrooms, newer mattresses that were very comfortable, a master bath shower with really good water pressure, and a play area in finished part of basement great for kids or those needing a 2nd TV watching area. The host was very responsive and most important to me, the entry system worked with no problem. We had a short stay, so didn't make it to the water area with the kayak. We would stay again as it worked out perfectly for my family.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024We had the best week staying at this property! The home is spacious and comfortable. The backyard is a relaxing oasis where we could enjoy a cup of coffee each morning, a nice evening glass of wine, a fun cookout dinner, and a nightly bonfire! The location is ideal for accessing Harwich Port, Chatham, Dennis, and beyond. We're normally ocean goers, but Bucks Pond was SO peaceful and beautiful that we ended up there everyday. Not too bad to walk, but also very easy to drive and park. We never had an issue parking. The Pop-O-Shot game in the lower level was an added bonus! The kitchen was well-equipped for any meal prep. Robyn, the host was wonderful with communication! We had the best time and can't wait to return! Thank you!
