Summer Dreams: Beachfront, Private Pool, Pet Friendly, North Cape

Excellent house is fantastic location. Well stocked. Amazing views. Unfortunately the ice machine and drink fridge were broken and one fridge not enough for this size house. Called, emailed and texted management company but got zero response. Garbage was never picked up but check out morning someone moved the cans them to the end of the road so a huge pain to clean out the house with the full garbage cans at end of the street. Otherwise beautiful and well maintained.

The only thing that was odd is the bunk room the ladders going up to the bunks. You can get hurt on them because Theyv stuck out in the middle of the room. But the kids enjoyed the bunks. Would definitely consider renting again.

What an amazing family vacation!!! Our first full day there we found almost 50 baby sea turtles under the boardwalk between the dunes & the house. We watched the rescue team rescue all they could find and release them into the ocean. It was an amazing/once in a lifetime experience for both the children and adults. We had a wonderful time at the beach esp. since we were pretty much the only ones in our area. The house was incredible and absolutely beautiful!! And those bathrooms, amazing!! The view was stunning!! It was also nice having a Keurig. We didn't really have any major issues with the property. The only things were, we didn't love that the bunk beds didn't already have the sheets on them, and we had to make them, but we totally understand why they weren't made, they are very hard to make and there probably aren't a ton of renters that use them. We just figured since we said we had 3 children coming, they would have assumed they'd be sleeping in the bunk room, but I am sure the cleaning staff wasn't aware of that. The only mechanical issue was that the separate ice machine didn’t really work. We believe someone came and checked it while we were out, but it still didn't work, though honestly the ice machine was just an added bonus we weren't expecting, so we just bought ice like we planned on doing from the beginning. There was one corner cabinet door missing in the kitchen, but no one really noticed it or cared. Now there was a house being built right next door, so the banging wasn't that enjoyable, but we just tuned it out. They should be done with the main part of the buildout within the next month or so, so I wouldn't think it should affect that many future renters. Only suggestion would be to add extra pillowcases for all the extra pillows in the closets and purchase a new manual can opener because the one there wasn’t that great. All and all this was definitely a vacation we will remember!! Thanks for such an amazing experience! :)

This is by far the most beautiful home we’ve ever stayed in. The location was great. Only a short distance to the beach. A much easier walk than the pictures show. Only 9 stairs up and 4 down. The house is decorated tastefully and had everything we needed. The elevator was great for loading and unloading. More outdoor furniture would have made it perfect. The view and sunsets over the water were breathtaking and we loved being able to take our puppy on to the beach. The community pool is very small. Really only enough room for one family at a time so we never used it. Cape San Blas is a quiet little town. An hour to the nearest Walmart but there is a Piggly Wiggly much closer. Not many restaurants or shops and the few that there are are just ok. Overall, a very relaxing and lovely vacation. Would definitely go back!

This is, I think, our 10th spring visiting CSB! We have rented many different homes but this one was really special! It had everything!!! The small neighborhood was quiet and uncrowned. Easy beach access. Nice community pool. Home very well appointed with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful decor and comfy furnishings. The elevator makes getting luggage and groceries a breeze to bring in. Would definitely rent again!!!
