Located on one of Mission Beach's nicest courts, this three-story beach home offers 4 bedrooms, 2 sleeping alcoves and 3.5 baths. The home is only 50 steps to Sail Bay, 150 steps to the Pacific Ocean. Our wide open beaches are seldom crowded.

PARKING: As you can see from our aerial photos, homes in Mission Beach are built on small lots and often have limited parking. Our home is no exception to that, but we do have an attached garage that can accommodate a mid size vehicle or two compact vehicles. There is also a space outside the garage that can fit a mid size vehicle as well. Please see our photos for an example of this. Large, oversize vehicles will not fit in our parking areas, but street parking is available on Mission Blvd and the residential streets near the Catamaran Hotel.

The home has bay views and an open floor plan with adjoining kitchen, dining and living room on the top floor with lots of room for entertaining. Indoor dining can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests and young children will love their own small table with seating for four. The view deck off the dining room spans the width of the house and provides seating for 8 people.

There are two master bedrooms with private baths on the second floor. Laundry facilities are adjacent to the two master suites on the same floor. All four bedrooms include their own TV. There are also three DVD players available in the home.

The beach house sleeps 12 comfortably and has been recently updated with new flooring throughout the home. The kitchen has been updated with granite slab counters and stainless steel appliances. Each bath has recently been remodeled with granite counters, new fixtures and beautiful tile finishes.

The large cook's kitchen includes a large island, two sinks, a filtered water dispenser, dishwasher, and refrigerator with filtered water service and an ice maker.There is a BBQ deck off of the kitchen area offering the convenience of BBQing on the same floor as the kitchen and dining areas.

A 46 flat screen TV and sound bar with blue tooth connectivity complements the living room which is adjacent to the dining area. An attractive gas log fireplace offers warmth and ambiance to the comfortable living room space. There is also a powder room conveniently located on this level.

The ground floor has two bedrooms and one full bath. One bedroom offers a double bed. The second bedroom includes two twin beds and two sleeping alcoves (one single and one double). Each sleeping alcove has its own entrance. The double alcove is accessed by a pull down ladder and the single alcove is entered from the main stairwell thru a cabinet style door. Kids absolutely love these sleeping alcoves however, they can accommodate average size adults as well.

We want you to have a comfortable place to vacation. In addition to upgrading our cleaning and disinfecting procedures, all bedding and linens are now cleaned off site by a commercial laundry service after our guests depart. We have available for your use disinfectant wipes and hand wipes during your stay. We have also adopted a remote check in/check out procedure, but still have our local property manager available throughout your stay should you have any questions/issues.

PLEASE NOTE:
While the home does not have AC, there are ceiling fans in every room and lots of windows that bring in the coastal breezes.

A roof deck offers panoramic views of the bay and evening lights.

The beach gear provided for your enjoyment includes two beach cruiser bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, freezer ice packs and beach umbrellas. Beach towels are available upon request.

The front patio includes a shower wand for rinsing off sand and surf.

Walking distance to shopping, several restaurants and rental facilities for boating, biking, sailing, surfing, kayaking and SUPs. San Diego Airport, Old Town, Balboa Park, The Embarcadero, The Famous San Diego Zoo, Sea World and Barnes Tennis and Pickleball Center are a short drive away.
