Summer Breeze - Pool and Heated Spa Near Amphitheatre, Historic Downtown, Beach

My family was in for a funeral. The five king size bedrooms were perfect so that everybody had the same accommodations. The pool provided us with some time to reflect and enjoy each other’s company. Everything was perfect! I would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The house was beautiful, clean, and very organized. The house feels homey, it's like we never left our own home. Everything that was described on vrbo was accurate. David was helpful in giving updates and sending instructions on how to open the door, to operating the pool. We loved that all the bedroom are spacious and with king sized beds that are really comfortable. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. This property is highly recommend and you won't be disappointed if you book with David. We'll definitely book with them again if we visit St Augustine again.Thank you, David. Was beautiful great location

Super comfortable and convenient location in a quiet neighborhood just off of A1A. There's a lovely pool and spacious lanai with plenty of sitting space inside and out. I would definitely stay here again with my family. Everyone had a great time!

This was our first trip to St. Augustine and we loved it! The house was amazingly close to everything, including the St. Augustine Amphitheater where we saw a great show one night. The pool was everything I had hoped it would be! The house was clean, spacious, and in a lovely neighborhood for walking. Quiet, comfortable, with everything we needed and more! I highly recommend this property!

This house was in the perfect location to go to historic downtown, access the beach, go to major stores. The neighborhood is quiet yet easily accessed off the main road. The property was exactly as described. The house is well maintained, the kitchen well supplied from pots and bowls to utensils. The beds are firm, bathrooms clean with good water pressure. The owner is very responsive. We enjoyed the spa in the evening. The screened patio is a nice place to enjoy morning coffee.

Great location close to everything, comfy beds, great view of the pool from living room, jacuzzi was wonderful especially in the evenings when it was cool out and the screened in patio was a nice area to hang out. Would definitely stay here again!!!

We stayed at Summer Breeze for a few nights. It is beautifully decorated with a homey feel. Everything we needed. The pool was beautiful. And the location was perfect. Close to everything but yet tucked in a quiet neighborhood. We have no complaints! The owners were amazing!! Highly recommend this home!

Beds were great. Yard fun for kids. Space worked great for 3 generations. Quiet neighborhood but easy to get around to all. Recommend the lighthouse grounds and tour.

Overall the stay was good, awesome pool and hot tub. Great location and responsive host. We stayed with a party of 9, parking was challenging for to road construction in the before good. The driveway was unusable

We had such a great time bringing our family together all under one roof for a low key vacation. The rooms were spacious and clean, all king size beds worked out great for all of our adult married children to stay in one house. The kitchen was big and we cooked several times. The pool was amazing and beautiful outdoor space with all the pavers. From great grandma, grandparents, kids and spouses, and grand baby, and family pets…we all had a fantastic time just being together! We would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our vacation at this property! The layout of the home was so conducive to a large family with five bedrooms a great open kitchen living area and then the outside amenities were absolutely perfect!
