EVERYTHING was amazing! I would give it 10 stars if I could. 12 of us go to the beach every year for years, by far the best house we have ever had. Best price for the size, great hot tub, easiest beach access, so clean, well stocked, beautiful, comfortable...We will return to this each year from now on.Great communication with owner. ALL OF IT, Very much appreciated!

Amazing house with a great layout for a large group and very comfortable rooms. A short walk to the beach and a hot tub kept everyone entertained. A large amount of books and beach toys was also a nice bonus. Thank you!

The house is large, clean, open, and so close to a nice walkable beach. It’s just a perfect place for a little family reunion and is set up well for little kids too. Highly recommend!

The host was great, very responsive to questions and didnt bother us during the trip. The house is big and great for groups or large families. The hot tub appeared dirty, maybe it was normal but we opted to not use it which was a bummer. The house had a few tv watching platforma which was a nice addition and a good dvd selection. It was overall clean and welcoming. The only real thing id recommend adding is bake ware - nothing to bake brownies or dips in. And a set of mixing bowls. They have a lof of very large pots which was great for our seafood boil. Would definitely stay here again.

Igor was a great host anytime I had questions he answered right away . This place was very roomy for the 9 of us. Loved the big table. Master bedroom was great and had a nice view. We will stay again

Very nice home with plenty of space. The view from upstairs is amazing. The interior is pleasant and there are plenty of amenities. The exterior windows and BBQ need cleaned really badly. Great communication from the host and very welcoming.

We loved the place, and had plenty of space for the family and as a base of operations during our family reunion.

The house was beautiful, in an excellent location, and well-taken care of. Igor was a great host and went above and beyond to ensure we had the opportunity to get items we accidentally left at the house back.

Igor was amazing, very responsive! Property was as advertised and had everything we needed. Hot tub was clean and everything worked. Igor even sent one of us a pillow we'd left behind! We had a great time!!

Large enough space for 4 adults and 6 children who enjoyed the outdoor area, hot tub and game room. Quick walk to the beach and town for shopping and restaurants.House had everything needed to be comfortable, will definitely book again, thank you Igor!

Lovely stay

The house was great for our large group and location was awesome

Our family stayed here for a week. Property location was great being a block off the beach and walking distance to shops/restaurants. House was big enough for everyone to feel comfortable and we found everything necessary for cooking. We had a couple of questions during the stay that Igor (owner) quickly responded to which we greatly appreciated. Overall we had a great stay and would stay again.

We loved everything about this stay...except for the cleanliness and functioning parts of the home. The location is excellent, Igor is super responsive, the home is a perfect size for a large family. Unfortunately, the home was dirty, the hot tub was dirty, and the jetted tub didn't work. Also, the furniture in the living room needs to be replaced. I wanted the entire family to relax and love the property. It made it a little challenging when items weren't clean or in working order. This would be a 5-star home if it were clean!
