The owners were very helpful throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome Although the apartment is about 20 minutes walk from small town it is in a very quiet semi rural location Enzo and his wife ( who live below) keep the apartment spotless with a lovely terrace overlooking mountains We really enjoyed our time here and would recommend it

On of the best features is the di Maio family who went out of their way to make our stay so wonderful. From arranging our pick up from the ferry, providing so much food and water, visiting us to make sure we were ok and not forgetting Caterina's cakes or Enzio's home made wine. This plus the lovely well equipped apartment made for a lovely holiday The apartment is, most of Casamicciola on a hill but the local bus service makes it easy to get around. Nearby is a small supermarket.., shops, cafe and resturant plus 2 spas. Casamicciola is a lovely small Italian town where visitors are welcomed with good variety of restaurants, cafes & shops. It is very Italian in its outlook with shops closing in the afternoons, restaurants not opening until around 7pm but not busy until after 8/8.30.
