* Please note the 3 bedroom are all connected. From inside the home, you will go through the master bedroom to get to bedroom 3 (aka kids room with the trundle bed. Then bedroom 2 (back bedroom with queen bed) is connected to bedroom 3. All doors have a lock. Bedroom 3 (kids room) has its own private entry way from the back yard. Bedroom 2 (queen bedroom) has french doors that open out but we would not consider this as a private entry as you can only lock the door from the inside. This layout is common for homes built in the 1940`s. Please contact us if you have any questions.

The entire home is yours including the exclusive use of the outdoor patio adjoining the home (note, however, there is a separate guest house with its own space adjoining the backyard at the rear of the property; while the guest house is adjacent to the backyard it has its own separate parking and outdoor space...While the 2 are connected the spaces are in no way shared (other than the common area washer/dryer in the courtyard)).

You may also rent the entire property and host up to 8 guests across 2 separate spaces, please contact us if you are interested.

Check-in is virtual, as you`ll be provided with a digital Guest Portal and a personalized door code. Vacation Rentals by Aaron is a full-service property management company, and will be available 24-7 in case you need anything during your stay.

OB is the hippest and most `neighborly` of San Diego`s beach communities. There is nothing quite like the non-corporate lifestyle of Ocean Beach. The locals here love OB for its eclectic community that supports a range of wonderful small shops, restaurants, bars and coffee houses. You will find some of the best food, drink and shopping in the local area. Very walkable and close to the beach. All of OB is accessible on foot from this location. So enjoy and take it all in!

Rental bikes and scooters are plentiful for rent by the hour/day/week. Uber/Lyft are very active in San Diego and the assigned parking guarantees that you will always have parking should you venture out into greater San Diego.

This is a family oriented neighborhood and good neighborly behavior is desired so we can keep thriving in this wonderful beach town.

For stays longer than 30 days, I require a deposit in the amount of one month`s rent to be paid offline due 60 days prior to arrival as well as a formal lease agreement.

This property is pet friendly, though we don`t allow cats here. There is a $150.00 pet fee applied after booking, please let us know if you will be bringing you pet. If you have any questions please ask!

Beach Equipment: despite the inclusion of snorkeling gear, we do not offer it at our rentals
Important notes/house rules:
-Quiet Hours: 10pm-6am (weekdays); 11pm-6am (weekends).
-Absolutely no parties or gatherings are permitted at our properties--being overly disruptive to neighbors will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of any monies paid (including your refundable deposit).
- There is no smoking permitted at any of properties.
