Suburban Family Friendly 4 BR!

Everything provided as listed. House was clean and met our needs. Check in and Check out very simple. Communication with host was very good! Great location, not far from RIT.

Up from SC for my daughters wedding, including the bride, the home provided the space we needed. It was clean with ample space. We did hair and makeup in the sunroom, it was a great open, well lit area, multiple windows. The backyard is fully fenced, yard well maintained. Would recommend.

This house and yard was phenomenal! Our dogs loved the large, fully fenced yard to run and play. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable. It was 5 minutes from a grcery store, target and lots of restaurants. We were an hour from Niagara Falls, 20 minutes from the zoo and lake ontario. The house has good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen has adequate space for cooking. We loved the light- filled, tiled room, and spent most of our time together there. Cheryl was very responsive to any questions we had, and offered immediate assistance.We will definitely book here again!

We were just a few days but everything was exactly as what was advertised. I appreciate that. If I have to go back to Rochester again, I would stay there again.

Wonderful property. Parking was amazing. Enough room for Penske truck and 3 other vehicles…with room to spare. Clean, cozy and the best back yard for the dog!We moved our son and his wife up for grad school. We will be back.

This house was very conveniently located for our group in a quiet neighborhood. The house had all the necessary items. It was clean and comfortable. The outside deck furniture made sitting and visiting outside nice. Definitely would stay again.

Very clean and comfortable property. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Within 10 minutes of airport and about 15 minutes from downtown. Clear check in directions and all necessary details provided for our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Cozy house located in a nice neighborhood. Great sunroom for relaxing, and a back deck to enjoy the sun. Lots of stores within 1 mile (grocery, shopping, food, gas, others). The host was fantastic and made sure we were all set. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay!

We stayed in Chili while visiting Eastman, easy to get to and nice accommodations!

The house was perfect for our family of 4! The house was cozy, clean and had everything we needed to stay. It had a great backyard that we utilized to kick around the soccer ball. The hospitality of Cheryl was beyond exceptional!

Probably my favorite VRBO experience yet. Lovely, modern, uncluttered home that was a perfect fit for our family of 5. The property managers checked in often and were quick and gracious in their responses. Quiet neighborhood just a quick drive to stores and RIT and airport. If we find ourselves in the area again, we would be happy to stay here again.

We stayed in this house for a family weekend. It’s in a great little development super safe, never felt uneasy. All the beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped for all of our meals. Contacting the host was never an issue and she was always very responsive. We would Absolutely stay here again.

Great place, great fenced in yard for dogs. The host was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend staying here.

The property has everything you need and in a great location. 10 minutes from everywhere we needed to be. Cheryl checked on us everyday to ensure we were good and if we needed anything. If we visit the area again we will definitely look to make sure this house is available.

PROS: Older, quiet & very nicely maintained neighborhood. House simple & neat. Living room comfortable. Internet access very good. Office +. As Seniors we stayed in downstairs bedroom & bed & bath were adequate. We are accustomed to King bed, which downstairs bedroom could accommodate, but managed comfortably in Queen provided. Kitchen had all amenities needed including coffee brew pot & K-cup option. Cooking utensils, pans etc. were ample. Basement laundry was convenient. Upstairs was nicely appointed had we needed it. Garage access was appreciated. CONS: Would have liked couple simple plastic deck chairs. Nice deck, no way to use it. No grill. Advertised electric car charger. Nope. We didn't travel in our hybrid this time but were thinking next trip would be a benefit when using our car. Great 4 season room that was once probably a breeze-way. Has loads of windows, tile floor, lovely fireplace, TV, Air, deck access. Very nice EXCEPT it WREAKS of pet urine & is impossible to enjoy. So bad we had to buy air fresheners & open windows as it is entrance to house from driveway. There is a door between this room & kitchen which we kept closed at all times due to odor. The owner permits pets which is great for travelers with animals, & we have done that in the past, but this room has been ruined by pets or mice. Who knows. We liked this location for family access & it is otherwise clean. Just disappointed with items mentioned.
