Stylish villa***** with pool, piano, 200 m from the sea, top location, restaurants, bars

We would like to thank our host family once again for sharing their wonderful home with us. We felt like we were “at home” and after a really warm welcome we were immediately in vacation mode. The town was within walking distance and the bathing facilities were very nice and plentiful. In any case, we made the perfect choice and are happy not only to have found such a great house, but also to have met very nice people.

Tatjana and her husband are amazing hosts. The house is beautiful and we love every detail there, all is cleaned and we had everything there. Way to beach is very short and not to much people there. 100% recommendations rate!

The Villa is really nice and spacey. The rooms are big enough and all have a own bath room. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. The pool is big and one of the highlights. You will find shadow spots around the pool all day. Enough sunbeds are available. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The Villa is 5***** for sure. But the surrounding area is not that nice.

Lovely villa with plenty of room, could do with extra armchairs so that you could all sit down together. We visited in September and the pool was too cold to use. Beach literally 5 minute walk from villa. Supermarkets within walking distance and main town within a 20 minute walk with good restaurants. Owners very helpful and brought us some fresh figs from their their own tree. A visit to the aquarium in Pula well worth it. Would stay again.

The villa really is as good as it looks on the photos. The owners are a friendly and very helpful local family making this a fantastic place to stay with family or friends. It's on the edge of Medulin so a little walk into town and the more busy tourist beach, but very close to two good supermarkets. Some good quality and genuine restaurants and bars in the town. We'd recommend Taxi-Goran for your airport transfer and other trips. We had a brilliant week - thank you Tatjana & your family.

Just arrived home from a week in this villa. On arrival the owner and her husband welcomed us with biscuits, water, beer and oranage juice. The villa is absolutely amazing. Clean and tidy and has everything you need - washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, washing line and more. The villa is only a 15 minuets walk from the centre of Medulin which is very pretty. The owners gave us a number of a taxi driver which we used and he was amazing, would highly recomend using him. We used him for a few trips to super market and into Rovinj, very reliable guy. We did have a problem with the air conditioning but the owners where amazing and had an engineer out within an hour to fix it. Would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting a nice relaxing holiday. Due to the issues we had with the air conditioning the owners very kindly cooked 9 of us an evening meal and brought it to the villa for us. Can not praise the owners enough. We are hoping to return back next year.
