Stayed Jul 13, 2024House was very neat and clean. All amenities first rate. Kitchen utensils all modern and top quality. Location to beach, restaurants and Cape Henlopen State Park very accessible. Enjoyed the entire stay. Very good instructions and communication with host. Will go back again next summer.

Stayed Aug 2, 2023Everyone in our family really enjoyed this home. We had everything we needed. It was a very nice kitchen for cooking. We cook often, so this was great! The location was walkable to the beach which we were glad for many times. Each room had plenty of space and was comfortable. We had no issues or problems at all, but it was nice to feel they would have been addressed if needed. We would easily give full stars and return again! We had a lovely time!
