Paid for two nights and couldn’t even stay in the property for 5 minutes. As soon as we went in the smell of cat urine and smoke was unbearable. Cat hair and spiderwebs were visible everywhere. We left and rented another place. I have used Vrbo many times and never had a bad experience. This was awful. The owners apologized and said they would refund one night only. Vrbo offered points. That is it.

The place was amazing and the best value I've seen from a VRBO. Was in a quiet area and Neighbors were friendly. The place had all the features and was quaint. They even had local kurig coffee and plenty of them available. Clean and great location also.

The location was perfect for all the events we came to Colorado Springs to attend. This house had everything we needed and the host was very responsive to messages. Quiet neighborhood and the history made it a bit sweeter. (You should put the history of the house in there… very Colorado!!)
