Absolutely amazing property.

This is an amazing property! It was the perfect place to spend our kids’ fall break! The house looks just like the pictures, the backyard feels like a resort, everything was exceptionally clean. We appreciated that the kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and 3 coffee brewing options. The house felt spacious for our family of 2 adults and 4 kids. Communication with the host was easy. We’ll stay here again the next time we’re in town!

We came to Phoenix from Lake Havasuto get some medical work done at barrows spine Institute. The house was just perfect just as advertised and shown on the website. The host and hostess were very good. Also, nice little house in a great little district. My wife and daughter really enjoyed all the nice restaurants around there. Thanks again.

This home is beautiful, well-appointed and so comfortable! All of our family thoroughly enjoyed it! The owners were kind and helpful and made our visit to celebrate my son's graduation amazing! We are looking forward to our next visit in December!

A well stocked kitchen, a lovely heated pool, plenty of space for a family of five; the children loved the back yard. Bees were a problem now and then, but not much to do about that without knowing the site of a nest. Brooke always available and helpful. Thank you for everything.

Loved the home and yard. The grandkids and adults loved the heated pool which was great with the cooler weather in February-March. All questions and issues were resolved quickly. Neighborhood is very quiet. We stayed for 35 days with our dog. Wonderful place to stay.

Booked this location fairly last minute for our travel to the AZ National Livestock Show. While the house wasn’t super close in location, it was perfect in size for our family and close enough. The house was very modern and super cozy, and close enough to everything else we needed nearby. Would definitely recommend if in the area.

I recently stayed in a home in Phoenix, AZ, for four days and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. The property was exceptionally clean, both inside and out, with spotless bathrooms and kitchen, and a neutral smell that made it feel welcoming right away. The check-in process was seamless thanks to a detailed email I received days in advance, which provided all the necessary instructions in an easy-to-follow format. In fact, the home itself exceeded my expectations—it was even better in person than in the pictures on the listing. The host was very responsive throughout the entire stay, answering any questions I had quickly. One of the highlights was the fully stocked kitchen—it had everything I could possibly need, which made cooking a breeze. It honestly had more amenities than my own home! The only small issue I encountered was figuring out how to use the heated pool option, but it wasn't a dealbreaker. As for comfort, the beds were great, and even though I was initially concerned about the instruction to keep the AC set no lower than 75 degrees, it turned out to be just right given the 100+ degree temperatures outside. The home stayed cool and comfortable the entire time. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone. It was a fantastic stay, and I honestly can't think of anything I wish I had known beforehand. Everything was well thought out and provided, making for a stress-free experience.

The home is newly remodeled, many great finishing touches. Came with our teenage son and layout provided both separate and share space to hang out. The pool and backyard provided fun and relaxation. Great location to downtown, airport and GCU. Owners go above and beyond in communication and support. Highly recommend!

The house was absolutely perfect. Enough beds and space for everyone. Renovated, beautiful, safe home. My daughter (5) LOVED all the toys and games along with the pool. Communication was top notch! They even made a special request/accommodation for us.
