Stylish, quiet 2-bedroom in Central Phoenix GCU

I appreciate the closeness to our venue that we flew into. The place was just what we needed.

This was the best property that we have stayed at with attention to details on both advertised and unexpected additional amenities. Recycling was easy as was access to pool.

Neat and clean; kitchen WELL stocked. Convenient location, VERY close to Grand Canyon University.

Frank was great! He was very communicative and allowed us to even come in early and drop off our bags. The place was a great value for what we needed while we were in Phoenix. I would’ve left five stars, but there is a few cleanliness issues that probably have just come from wear and tear, such as cleanliness behind doors and under appliances, etc. Also, the location next to the Black Canyon Highway is quite noisy! Just be aware that you may need earplugs if you are a lighter sleeper. The area itself wasn’t too bad. We never felt unsafe as the community seemed well taken care of. All in all, a fairly decent super accessible to everything place!

Rooms are very clean, neighborhood is great. If I visit phoenix again, I will choose the place again.

Frank was a great host. He was able to accommodate a request for an air mattress. He checked in periodically to make sure we had everything we needed. The VRBO was clean, well maintained, and met all our needs.

We didn't have any issues during our stay, but he seems like the type that would have taken care of them if we did.There was lots of extra bedding which was awesome because we did utilize the pull out couch. There was also plenty of cleanliness products in case you forgot something. Surprisingly, there was also a shaded, enclosed patio in the back! We loved that!My only gripe is the place isn't as bright as in the photos; it could do with some bright white kitchen lights. But that's entirely subjective and a first world problem lol. I'd definitely recommend staying if you're looking for a good spot in the area with plenty of sleep space!

Floor plan was great, nice townhouse. Frank was helpful replacing the remote control. Only negative was the bathroom and kitchen floors were not cleaned. Countertops not wiped down. Suggest Frank gets a new housekeeper. Everything else was good.

The location was great. Very convenient for everything that we were doing. The condo was nicely appointed and very well equipped both in terms of facilities and supplies. Beds were harder than we're used to but I know a lot of people like a hard bed. We would stay here again in the future.

This place was phenomenal. Very clean, the hose was responsive, and we had everything we needed. 10 mins away from a lot of restaurants and my university (GCU). I recommend this place!

My wife and I stayed here for 30 days. Place is as described and the owner, Frank, is easy to work with. We did not have any issues. A park is nearby so easy to walk our dog without being on the street. Lots of people at park in the early evenings. Would stay here again.

This is a fairly comfortable home with a lovely kitchen and very nice bathrooms. It was very clean and comfortable, but the proximity to the highway made it quite noisy especially in the back bedroom.

Frank was a great host. Communication was quick and clear. His place felt like a real home, both in decor and details to make the stay comfortable. The kitchen was especially well equipped. The layout and sound proofing between spaces let one have a sense of privacy. We stayed for 2 weeks and found the location great for getting to all the things we wanted to see.

Frank quickly responded to questions I had before I reserved the rental. Check-in instructions were clear and getting to the property was easy. Its in a quiet, slow neighborhood and has a nice park nearby. The townhouse is simple, but it has updated features and is clean. The necessities are all there.

Traveling alone. Nice place; very clean. Comfortable. The porch is small and closely walled in. I normally like a little more room, and I didn’t quite get that from the review. Not much in the way of amenities. Specifically, no coffee The price is extremely reasonable. And the townhouse complex is neat and quiet. Frank, the host, was very open to communication and responded quickly.

Very clean, up to date unit. Quiet. Nice looking pool, although we didn’t have the opportunity to use it. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Lots of linens. I spoke with the owner prior to arrival who answered my questions and was friendly. We were there for family weekend at GCU. One mile from campus. I will recommend this place to other family who will be visiting.
