Kitchen was well-stocked and helpfully labeled. Could use a reorg, as it seems items have migrated to non-intuitive places over time (pots and pans were by the stove, the corner cabinet and the hall closet.)Master suite was lovely and we also loved the grill/patio set-up.

We loved our stay at Paradise on Cape Cod. We read books. We sat in the sun. We organized a game of football with the boys in the spacious backyard. We had a wonderful Cape Cod weekend (as always).

We had a great stay – the property is large and set in a quiet, peaceful spot with well-kept gardens and wildlife all around. The kitchen was really well stocked, which made meals easy, and the location in Orleans is ideal for exploring the rest of the Cape. The interior is a bit tired in places, but everything was clean. We had a small issue with the electrics, but Vacasa sorted it out the same day.

Difficult to find driveway and then it was almost impassable. The outside furniture was old and rotten and yard was not well kept. The house was interesting with all the knickknacks and decorations.

Amazing kitchen. Great bedroom to watch the stars from bed. Cozy deck to take breakfast outside. Although a little old we fall in love with this house. We felt like home.

Though the layout and location were quite nice, the house appears to have not been thoroughly cleaned or declutterred in quite a long time. The kitchen was well stocked but the cupboards and drawers were dirty (as were some of the dishes and utensils within) and had no sense of order, things were thrown in the drawers in jumbles. There were many lids but few matching containers, lots of pans but the lids to those were also not possible to locate. The stove did not work properly, and though the manager came by while we were there, there was nothing he could have been expected to do to rectify the problem. He said that a technician was scheduled to be there Monday, but we are avid cooks and we’re looking forward to a better experience in the kitchen. The windows and sills were also in great need of cleaning. And, on top of everything else, what the heck was the almost $500 owner’s fee we paid?

This property is both secluded and in the middle of everything. Great location for beaches, ponds and bike paths. Many restaurants within minutes and Cape Cod Baseball League games just around the corner. Had a wonderful stay.

house is very tastefully decorated, nice size. it is really a 3 bedroom house, the basement is too hot and musty to be a bedroom. 2 showers is nice. Master bedroom is spacious and nice

Had a blast, house is on a quiet street with plenty of yard space for outdoor games. Fully stocked with everything one could need and close to the Orleans baseball team.

We arrived into quaint & quiet Orleans, and missed the small identifying # mailbox. The new years' growth of the roadway foliage had scratched our vehicle driving in. The driveway was roughed up by the spring run off errosion. The rental was a beautiful older home, nestled close to a ravine with singing birds and nice landscape. The age of the home was evident upon entry, as the lingering scent was observed. The home was very well stocked and we were grateful when meal prepping. The television in the living area had challenged us and we were unable to watch our hockey play off games. We searched for a manual of sorts for tv operation, and were unsuccessful. There were 2 remotes & 3 boxes for tv. I had texted the contact given to me, without a response. We were grateful to have use of a BBQ grill. Although the Flavour Wave panels (under the grill/grids) will need a thorough degreasing clean or replacement. The added security of a second propane tank was appreciated. Having three bathrooms was a feature we appreciated. The home was very clean and well stocked for our meals. There was enough beds for our family. Although the beds are in need of replacement. The added pillow topper is no longer supportive to the beds. I would return to this rental.

The house was fine although the listing didn't say it was on a dirt road. The SUV's were fine but a Honda Accord bottomed out. When we arrived we discovered there was no power in the master bath or to the TV in the master BR. We immediately reported it to the property manager who told us where to find the circuit breakers (behind a locked door for which there was no key in the house). They said they'd send someone out, which never happened. I continued to report my frustration with having to use a flashlight to safely use the bathroom after dark, but we never heard back from anyone. Very frustrated with the lack of response from the property manager, especially since I don't know how the cleaning people didn't notice and report the problem.
