Just off the living room, you'll find a large, comfortably furnished screened-in porch overlooking the private pool, along with a convenient half bath. Nature lovers will enjoy the plentiful bird watching and water views, which will ensure a picturesque and restful stay.

The main level hosts the primary suite, complete with a King bed, private bath, and serene pond views. Upstairs, you'll find two guest rooms, one with a Queen bed, and one with a queen and twin bed, both sharing a hall bath. The second upstairs living area provides an extra space for your family or friends with additional sleeping space available thanks to a queen sized sleeper sofa. All bed linens, including comforters, are laundered between guests as part of the Spinnaker’s Reach Fresh Bed Promise.

    We had a great time staying at this property. The tot tub and pool were clean and we used both. The private beach access within the community is the best and was super convenient for us. The house was clean and was perfect for our family.
