stylish new home minutes from the beach.

Very comfortable home for a five night stay with our toddler. The layout is ideal for staying with a family, with a large comfortable couch, dining area and large kitchen. Check in and out couldn’t have been easier. Floors were a bit dirty and a couple of the closet doors were broken but otherwise no complaints! Would stay here again.

Everything was great. The neighbor is horrible. Should be deported out of the country, informing Home Land Security to check on her status.

Nice location middle of the area

We needed a house to host Thanksgiving dinner with family and Jay’s home was amazing! When I first walked in the cleanliness and fresh smell made me smile. The house was light and bright and comfortable, and everyone enjoyed their time. Jay was responsive when I had questions and offered to accommodate if I I needed anything. I would return here in a heartbeat and highly recommend for anyone needing to stay in the Hollywood Hills area.

We loved our stay in this nicely decorated, very clean and very comfortable home. It is centrally located in a nice neighborhood. The beach, shopping and great dining are all close. If Memorial Regional Hospital is bringing you to Hollywood, you won’t find a better place. It’s a safe, easy five minute walk to the hospital main entrance.

The property location was excellent because they went to football game so they were close to the stadium They Also had a great time at the casino, which is also close to the house. The only complaint they had was the coffee pot was not usable. It was not very good condition and we should’ve read The details of what was on the property they brought K cups So no morning coffee

We needed to book something fast as we were in town for the passing of a family member. Although this was a new listing, we took a chance and I am so glad that we did. The house smelled clean as soon as we entered. The check-in process was smooth and the host graciously allowed us to check-in early. Jay was super responsive and sympathetic to our situation. The house was spotless and airy. There were ample towels, blankets, and toiletries. I really appreciated the extra coffee & filters for the little coffee machine. The kitchen & laundry had everything that we could need. I cant remember if the listing mentioned it - but the proximity to the hospital made our stay a little easier.

Had a great time in a clean and spacey house. Only kitchen could have more dishes and kitchen utensils.
