Stylish & modern dog-friendly townhome with lovely balcony - near parks & golf

The home was very clean, our bedding was lovely, and one of my pet peeves when I stay at homes is when they skimp on pillows. This place did not! The air-conditioning worked great, although the weather was perfect so we really didn’t need it. Lots of closet storage in each bedroom and the shower water pressure was perfect, no issues with hot water either. I loved being able to park in a garage and having the gated entrance on top of that, so if my kid left a sweater in the rental I didn’t need to worry about it. We did not have any noise issues. There were a few things that would have made the stay perfect-the garage door opener didn’t work, so you had to hop out every time to close the garage door, no biggie. The WIFI is ABYSMAL. So much so we contacted customer service but it took them 4 days to respond which we had figured out the issue ourselves, but the upstairs really needs an extender and just better internet overall. The Roku in the master bedroom just never connected to the signal at all but because customer service took forever we never bothered. The kitchen utensils leave a lot to be desired: there’s no 12inch cooking pan, no measuring cups, there’s a coffee maker but no coffee, no salad bowls or serving dishes. Not a deal breaker but really had to improvise in the moment, and if you’re getting in late and hoping for coffee in the morning, plan ahead :) Communication about the property only on the Vacasa app and not on VRBO wasn’t ideal, but I would stay again!

Property is extremelyNOT SAFE!! No heat and SHOWER DID NOT WORK, no hot water, property extremely dirty!!! I took pictures of my stay, the property was the most dirty and disappointing waste of money!! I will be ending my relationship, membership, and VIP with VRBO due to THE past 5 experiences! Missing to meet cleanliness, safety, and quality standards. The was the worst property I’ve ever seen and The service rushed, nothing was clean!!! very disappointing to have NO HEAT IN FREEZING WINTER , no hot water and no supplies! REFUND MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY!!!Property was not safe and I was forced to leave causing me to book a new reservation at a local hotel. VRBO FAILED TO MEET CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!!
