Stylish house on 13 acres, close to great wineries, hiking, shopping and dining.

Everything was perfect yet again! Favorite house, favorite place, favorite hosts!

This was a fantastic property. The entire family loved it. Situated on 13 acres, It felt like you were in the country. It offered great privacy and was conveniently located with easy access to downtown Seattle and to Monroe where we attended a wedding. We spent every evening either around the fire pit, on the covered porch or in the game room. And to top it all off the hosts were quick to respond to any inquiry. We can’t wait for our next trip to Seattle to see our nephew again.

We saw a buck and a doe in the yard the first morning; it was a magical experience. Our boys really enjoyed playing pool in the game room. The bed was really comfortable with soft sheets, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent.

This house was perfect for our annual sister's weekend. It was very clean and spacious. We have stayed in several VRBO properties and this one was one of the best equipped with dishes, cookware and linens. I strongly recommend this property.

First time I've written a VRBO review, typically the houses I stay at don't really live up to my expectations - but this one did! The house is very clean and well cared for and the best part is you can tell the owners really CARE about it like they live there everyday and they care about your experience. House is well stocked with cookware, linens, supplies, etc. Would highly recommend!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! It was perfect. There was enough room in the house for all of us. It was beautifully furnished and everything was well stocked in the kitchen. The game room was a fun place to hangout. The property was huge and we wished we could explore the creek near by.The hosts were very accommodating and their prompt responses to emails or texts. We know where to stay the next time we are back in town!!

We love staying at our home away from home when we come back to the Seattle area. This time we really enjoyed the room above the garage with the kids playing pool each night. The home has everything you need with comfortable beds and kitchen essentials. We are looking forward to going back!

This was our third time to stay at this property and for good reason - it's such a lovely home and property that we just can't wait to come back again! The spacious and updated main house is comfortable and clean. The separate game room is a family favorite and beloved by everyone. Beds are comfortable too. And the checkout procedures are very chill compared to other rental properties we've stayed at. The hosts are so friendly and responsive too.

This home is perfect for family gatherings. We came to Sammamish to celebrate a high school graduation, a family vacation, and even Fathers Day. This home is spacious with plenty of room to spread out and to be together. It was very clean and very well appointed. The kitchen is large and gorgeous and everything we needed was at our finger tips. The bathrooms were large and very nice. Even heated floors in the master bathroom. All the living and gathering areas were large and so comfortable. The laundry room was a nice added bonus. There were drawers and cupboards full of toys, art supplies, linens, etc. The check in and checkout instructions were a breeze. Heather and Jim were very responsive to any question we had. Outside we loved the deck with the fire pit and barbecue. The large yard was relaxing and fun for kids and adults. We also loved the game room upstairs on the out building. We really enjoyed our time there. Great location. We would definitely stay again. Thank you, Joan and Steve

This was our second stay at this property and it was even more lovely than before. The property is very private and has lots of amenities. Our family loved spending time in the game room, in addition to the comfort of the house itself. The beds are very comfortable and the house is very spacious. We hope to stay here again one day.

The house and property is awesome. Very comfortable and quiet, park like. We spent a week here working a project and it hit the spot for a location get a great night sleep but close to resources . I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and STRs over the years and I can say this is one of the best. I really appreciated the homie feel and the communication with the owners. They were great and I hope we have an opportunity to book with them again.

We and our adult children stayed in Heather’s home for a family wedding in the Snoqualmie area. This home is comfortable, attractively furnished and impeccably clean. It has a large kitchen with everything one could want to cook and enjoy meals together. One night we grilled and ate outside in the nicely furnished covered patio area. There is a large game room in the adjacent building that we were too busy to use. I would love to stay here again should we have another event in the area.

My daughter, son, son's gf, and I came out for a family wedding. The house had plenty of room for us. It was cute, clean, and very well stocked with kitchen items, towels, etc. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is big with a large island, so it was a good house to host those impromptu family get-togethers that pop up when there are no wedding activities going on. The teens enjoyed the rec room while we sat on the porch and enjoyed the evening. We had easy access to Seattle, restaurants in Redmond, Snoqualmie Falls, and the wedding venue in Duval. I highly recommend this house and would stay here again.

Excellent home with plenty of space and amenities. Nice game room that we unfortunately didn’t have time to enjoy. My team was there for a work event. How we can rent this next year during the same event.

We were visiting the area for a 4 day soccer tournament and didn’t want to do the usual hotel thing for that long of a stay. We shared the rental with another family on our team and it was the best soccer weekend ever! The house is immaculate and has everything you would possibly need! The rooms were perfect for everyone to have a comfortable bed for the weekend, and their own space. The game room above the shop was a hit with everyone, and our tween girls loved having the space to get away from the boring adults. The kitchen is amazing! We had 3 adults and 2 kids all working on dinner at one time and there was room for all to comfortably be prepping and preparing dishes. We made use of the propane fire pit on the covered deck every night. The property is beautiful and peaceful and very private, yet super close to grocery stores and restaurants at the same time. The hosts are very good with communication and we are so grateful they have opened their home for others to enjoy. We are hoping it available when we have to come up to the area again for our next round of soccer in the Seattle area!
