Stayed Sep 25, 2021the property was well maintained and comfortable. It was late in the season however the upper garden needed the bushes and plants maintained as sitting in the evening sun would have been even more pleasurable.

Stayed Dec 30, 2023We had an amazing stay over the weekend.the house is very well presented,cosy and equipped. The veiws are stunning,and location is perfect for a short walk into the town.the town its self has lots to do and see,with great places to eat and drink. A fantastic weekend and we wil be back.🙂

Stayed Aug 26, 2022We absolutely loved staying here. The property was clean and welcoming and had obviously been thoughtfully prepared for guests. It was a short walk to the harbour where there is plenty to do. We made a mistake with our booking dates and the owner was very understanding which I was very grateful for.

Stayed Jul 10, 2021Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at Elkins cottage. They cottage was wonderfully clean and the location was beautiful. Just a short walk into Brixham. It was lovely to relax with a glass of wine and watch the boats down at the harbour. We definitely recommend it to our family and friends.
