Location:
Situated on quiet 1.22 acres surrounded by trees, a secluded street with no through traffic and adjacent to walking trails, our home provides the perfect escape. We're just a 10-minute drive from East Hampton Village's main shopping area, Sag Harbor, and local beaches.

Utilities:
Utility fees are included in the total rental amount. The guest shall be responsible for the costs associated with excessive usage of utilities during the term of the reservation. Excessive usage is defined as utility costs over $75.00 per night of the reservation.

The pool - opens in early May and closes in mid-September unless the guest requests otherwise. Depending on heater usage there may be an additional cost to heat the pool if exceeds $50 per day.

Note: For stays over 28 days guests to pay for house utilities - oil, gas, electric and internet. I am happy to advise estimated cost depending on the timeframe.

For guests staying beyond 7 days, it is mandatory to have a weekly cleaning service. Renters are responsible for paying the cleaning service directly.
