Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We love Cayucous. This is our favorite place to stay when we visit Cayucous. We love watching the sunset from the balcony. We did have trouble with the TV. But it was more trying to figure out how to sign into our devices.
This property was awesome! Right across from beach, can watch the surfers and see the pier. Walking distance to everything! Loved it, will definitely be staying again.
Rates nearly doubled with new Vacasa property management. When you take into consideration the 'host' and 'service' fees, our daily rate for Bungalow B very nearly doubled from previous stays. Compound with quite dirty exterior balcony (very dirty patio floor, spider webs), semi-clean interior, bath towels that are super tired, tiny 'starter kit' Dove brand shampoo/conditioner, no coffee filters, and no obvious way to get replacement towels, we won't be staying again. We've spent about 6 vacations here over the years. No more sadly.
The apartment was great. It was large enough and very comfortable. The hot water takes a long time to get hot so I did feel bad about running the water until it was hot. Don't know if there's much you can do about that. The gentleman that helped me figure out the door lock was very nice and helpful. The door lock is a little complicated. I will definitely want to stay there again.
Loved the location and would stay again. Unit was comfortable. Bring some kind of backup curtain for the room on the back of unit as security lights on hall are very bright and made it hard to sleep. Also, vacasa is very stingy on towels. We had 4 bath towels and 2 beach towels for a 5 night stay and we ended up with 6 people (in a 7 person unit) and I had to beg for more. One of the nights the front door lock quit working but Matt (the property manager) drove out late and fixed it which was so appreciated!
Great location, nice to have two bedrooms and a well set up kitchen. The back bedroom would benefit from blinds or blackout curtains- the nighttime security lights shine through the thin curtains and it was quite bright!
The property was well kept, like a hotel, and the building is located right on the downtown main street, so it is an easy walk to everything. I loved that we could see the pier from the living room and one of the bedroom. Other than a few ants, everything was great!

Our place was clean and quiet. We had easy access to the beach. Parking was great. We enjoyed our stay.
Property was clean and well maintained. Check in was easy. Lots of towels for beach and showering. Full kitchen. Close to everything and dog friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area and definitely would book this property again. Thank you!!!
Great place for a family of 4. Very clean (except the balcony, but that was really the exception - everything else was really clean!). Location is great - we did not move our car for 3 days! Walk to restaurants, antiques, neighborhoods, and of course the beach!
