Stylish Comfort and Hot Tub at Clay Terrace

Very welcoming host. Philip was excellent to worth with throughout the stay. The home was well set up with plenty of amenities and well maintained. Great location. Would recommend for anyone visiting the area.

The house was perfect for us. It was very clean and well-stocked. The instructions provided made navigating the high-end appliances very simple. It is located in area easily accessible to all the activities we were in town to experience. I especially liked the Monon Trail being a couple of blocks away.

We loved staying at your home near Clay Terrace. The property was just as described and the premium touches were appreciated.

Great place and location was perfect for all we did.

We traveled with a few other families for a baseball tournament at Grand Park Sports Complex in Indiana this past weekend and rented this VRBO. The house was amazing! It was incredibly spacious, with more than enough room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The teens in our group loved the variety of activities available, and the hot tub and fire pit were great for relaxing after long days at the park. The backyard and seating area were fantastic, despite a few spiders and mosquitoes. One of the highlights was the popcorn machine in the basement, which made for fun movie and game nights. The location was ideal – so close to Grand Park and within walking distance to a great outdoor shopping area. We would definitely rent this home again for future visits. The amenities and proximity to everything we needed made our stay truly enjoyable.
