Stylish & Centrally Located Home

I enjoy our stay! Very spacious and comfortable place in a safe area. Great for bigger families. Host very attentive. We would defenitely stay there again.

We had an amazing stay, the rooms were clean and immaculate. Ryan was very attentive in addressing all our questions. We would stay here again whenever we are visiting in NC.

This comfortable house is centrally located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with easy access to I-40, I-540, Raleigh, Cary, and Durham and all the area has to offer from grocery stores to shopping, and entertainment venues. The check-in process was easy. Communication with the owner, Ryan, was a definite 5-star. Ryan was immediately responsive to any and all questions prior to and during our stay. Thank you for that, Ryan! We enjoyed our stay at your home in Cary.

The house very clean when my family arrived, everything was nice and in order very welcoming to me and my family. We loved the Kitchen very spacious! Dishwasher, nice big refrigerator. There were clean cups/plates/coffee cups/Knives/ forks/spoons. I was even able to make homemade peach cinnamon rolls (pictures posted on my Facebook page) while at the home. The area that the house is in is very nice there are many restaurants that are close, however the kitchen was so nice we went to Harris Teeters to shop and cooked at home. The host texted us to make sure that the house was up to our expectations and even offered to come to the house to correct any issues that we may have had. Of course that was not necessary because house was and is very well kept. The next time I come to North Carolina to visit my daughter, I will most assuredly check to see if this house is available again.

Used for family visiting for UNC graduation. Property is just as described. Four well-kept bedrooms, very clean. Plus an extra room to be used as needed. Main area with couch, chairs, breakfast table and bar area plus extra dining room. A lovely home in a cute neighborhood, close to food shopping and easy access to all parts of the area. Lots of amenities. Nice to sit in the screened-in sunroom and listen to the birds in the morning. We were able to cook and host a family brunch with the kitchen equipment there and we used the cooler in the garage when we needed to bring food to events. Communication was prompt and clear from Ryan. Thanks for a great stay!

The house was artfully decorated. The host has impeccable taste. The mattresses were comfortable and Ryan was responsive when contacted. We admittedly have extremely high standards when it comes to cleanliness, so while we had a few issues many might find it acceptable. The neighborhood was great with many establishments in driving distance. I would stay there again if in the area and will be stealing some decorating ideas!

This was a perfect house for my family to stay visiting family in Amberly. It is centrally located to stores and restaurants with easy access to highways for travel to downtown Raleigh and Durham. The house was clean and had everything we needed, including a highchair and baby gates for our young toddler. Ryan was very responsive with any questions we had and access to the house was easy. Highly recommend!

The property was as described, lots of modern updates added or in process. Always felt the host was available and checked in to see if all was meeting expectations. Centrally located to airport and our nephews wedding festivities in downtown Cary. We also enjoyed the the various food venues, Duke University and the Sarah P. Duke gardens. Would book this property again.

Super responsive host, great location to USA baseball stadium, comfortable beds. Loved having the workout room with foam rollers and a few hand weights. Quiet neighborhood with great walking trails.

The home was centrally located, it only took us 5 minutes or less to get to local stores and restaurants. The home was clean and well furnished with modern amenities. We felt comfortable, safe and relaxed - you can tell the owner takes the time to care for the property. Would definitely stay here again!

This home had everything our family needed for a spacious and comfortable stay! The four upstairs bedrooms were clean and cozy, and the extra room was a great bonus — ideal for a child's porta-crib or even a workout space. The location was convenient, with easy access to shopping, highways, and nearby community parks where the kids loved playing. Overall, it was the perfect home for our family getaway!

Cute home located in safe neighborhood. Ryan responded very quickly to any questions regarding the home Easy entry and exit with little requirements. Nice rooms and comfortable beds. All bedrooms are located up stairs. Coffee pot worked, had plenty of dishes for stay at home meals. Backyard was clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend for family vacation.

Was there for a business trip but was a great stay

This home was PERFECT for our family as we celebrated our son’s wedding! Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and unwind from the planning and preparation. Beautiful living area to spend time together, quiet and safe neighborhood . Took a nice walk on the Greenway walkway. Close to stores . Ryan is a very attentive host . You won’t be disappointed with this place. Highly recommend!

We had a wedding in the area and this was the perfect home for our stay! The home was beautiful and there was plenty of space for our family. The beds were also super comfy. My daughter and I enjoyed walking the greenway through this lovely neighborhood. I highly recommend this beautiful home - you will not be disappointed!
