The pool gate is directly across from the condo's front door for easy access. This is the second time to rent from Padre Escapes and I would highly recommend them based on our experience with them versus some other management companies.

This unit is perfectly positioned to protect you from the wind. The pool is awesome. There are a few things that need to have some attention, but a note was left in the unit, so I’m sure they’ll be taken care of.

The living furniture was a little worn but comfortable to sit on. The unit looked clean on arrival however the floors were very dirty and need to be mopped. The bottoms of my feet were actually black from walking on them. I was very disappointed in the pool area - I have been to Village by the beach on several occasions and the pool is one of the reasons that I like to stay there. The pool water was actually disgusting and no one came and cleaned it during our stay. You could barely see the bottom of the pool because the water was so murky and there was so much sand in the pool. I would not get in it. When I stayed here previously, there was always someone coming in and cleaning the pool every morning, not the case this visit. I did see someone skimming the pool the day we left but this needs to be done on a daily basis.
