Entertaining is a breeze at this stylish home with 2 kitchens and fantastic indoor/outdoor living space. Imollu’s Beach House is smartly designed to host 2 families or groups traveling together with complete living spaces on both floors of the residence. This family & pet-friendly home has 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a large yard, and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. A quick walk takes you to the beach and shops in minutes, with popular Phillip Island attractionsa short ride away by car.



The Space:

Imollu’s Beach House offers what families and groups traveling together desire most – privacy! The home has two stories that each offer a full residence while sharing an expansive entertainment deck and fenced yard where everyone can gather for social time. Oversized windows to let in natural light and contemporary finishes such as marble counters, designer fixtures, basin sinks, and custom tile work are found throughout both spaces.



The downstairs is home to an eat-in kitchen with refrigerator, oven, induction cook plate and dining table for six. An adjacent comfy living room has a seating area with smart TV and access to the carport. There are 2 bedrooms styled to warmly greet guests with bright and cheery décor, one with 2 single-over-single bunks and the other with a double bed. A full bathroom with glass shower cabin and beautiful soaking tub is also located on this level.



Gain access to the upper floor residence via a set of exterior stairs. This level features a kitchen with full size appliances, an induction cook plate, bar seating and a dining table surrounded by picture windows. The kitchen flows into a TV viewing area with sliding glass doors that open to the entertainment deck. Down the hall are 3 private bedrooms, each filled with inviting natural light from large windows. Bedroom one has a double bed and BIR, bedroom two has 2 single beds and BIR, and bedroom three has 1 single bed with a separate baby cot. A full bathroom with glass enclosed shower cabin, and laundry facilities with an additional water closet complete this floor.



Both levels of the home have access to the Beach House’s wonderful outdoor living spaces. The entire property is fully fenced providing parents with peace of mind and allowing children and pets freedom to play in the spacious front and back yards. Keep an eye on the action below from an expansive, wraparound deck that runs the full length of the home’s second story. The elevated entertainment space has a propane grill, extended dining table, seating area with umbrella shade, and even a cute kids table so little guests can be part of the party, too. During down times the deck is ideal for yoga, relaxing with a good book, catching some rays during the day, and stargazing on beautiful clear nights.

In addition to the home’s amazing features, Imollu’s Beach House is a short walk to shopping and the beach, and a quick drive from all the renowned parks, beaches, family-friendly experiences, and penguin parades Phillip Island is known for. Must see highlights include Phillip Island Nature Parks, Antarctic Journey, Rhyll’s boardwalks, and historic Churchill Island.

Guest get access through the property with a Lockbox at the property, the code will be sent out 1 day prior reservation, due to security concerns.



Other Things to Note:

Imollu’s Beach House has a private, gated driveway with undercover parking, accommodating up to 3 vehicles. Additional vehicles may park on the street, however, blocking or parking in neighboring driveways is strictly prohibited.

    This house was great for our family to relax and enjoy. The communication from the host was fantastic and it was so nice and close to the Main Street yet a very quiet street to enjoy the peace and quiet. Will definitely be coming back!

    Everything was great as described, we enjoyed the time being there with the family. One thing we missed, and that was a dishwasher. This will make everything perfect. Thanks again to our host mathijs.

    I stayed here with my kids and a friend and her kids. We took one level each. The place was very well presented - the bathrooms are lovely, the showers divine, the mattresses really comfortable! The kitchens are very nice but the one on the lower level is not very functional (a freezer, microwave and dish rack would help a lot). The place isn't very sound proof - you'll hear everything that goes on upstairs if you're staying downstairs. We had an issue with the dishes in the cupboard being dirty and the wheelie bins full before we even arrived - the crows got in one day and made a huge mess that I had to clean up even though it wasn't our trash. I also noticed that previous visitors had put trash in the recycling and organic waste bins which is a shame. I wonder if a second wheelie bin for rubbish is needed at this property. My final suggestion is that a folder with local experiences and take-away menus, along with instructions for appliances and bin night and so on, could be helpful for incoming visitors. Overall we enjoyed our stay, thank you.
