This stylish and comfortable home is ideal for an awesome getaway in downtown Grand Rapids! You will enjoy easy access to Van Andel, DeVos, Medical Mile, GVSU, John Ball Zoo, and dozens of restaurants and bars! Enjoy a bonfire out back with friends, dinner with all the family around the table, and get a good night's sleep on our comfortable mattresses. The house has a fully loaded kitchen with a coffee station, washer and dryer, fast Wi-Fi, workstations, Hulu, game room, and private parking!
This very stylish and comfortable home has 4 bedrooms with an open common area floor plan. 2 of the bedrooms have king beds, 1 bedroom has a queen bed, and the 4th bedroom has 2 full-size bunk beds that can hold up to 250 pounds each.
There are two full-size bathrooms, one with a shower/tub combination and the other with a stand-up shower. There is also a half-bath. The upstairs bathroom is fully stocked with bathroom supplies, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, hair dryers, cotton balls, and make-up remover wipes… we thought of everything!
Two of the bedrooms also have desks/ workstations!
The dining table can seat up to 10 people. We also have great family/group games available for you to enjoy... Family Feud, Taboo, and Scattergories. If you are looking for more fun than board games, the basement is a full gameroom complete with a backdrop wall that is perfect for selfies and group photos!
There is a full-size washer and dryer. We supply the detergent! :)
We also have a big, beautiful, fully fenced-in backyard! Great for BBQs, a fun game of Cornhole, and your furry family members. :)
We have a private driveway that can hold up to 4 cars. And there is an abundance of free parking on both sides of the street!
