Nice, newly renovated house with a well-stocked kitchen and comfy beds. Location close to University Circle. Neighborhood was noisier than expected but a solid value.

This was a last minute book, so there were a few issues that were ultimately resolved. It was nothing that would allow me to give a bad rating. The home itself was a good fit. I have one suggestion. The fire alarm is super SENSITIVE. I cooked breakfast twice and there was NO SMOKE or BURNING of food and it continued to go off which was annoying. I would rent again. Thanks for hosting my family on such short notice.

The property was decent. The kitchen was nicely updated but the refrigerator was too small for the space, the door would not open fully. The furniture downstairs was very uncomfortable especially the dining room chairs. There was no air upstairs, therefore it was hot and uncomfortable to sleep. I suggest the furniture be made more comfortable to also the neighborhood was a bit sketchy. It would have been nice to have the address before booking especially for customers that don’t know the area. I would suggest added some outside seating to at least enjoy the outside.

I chose this property because it would hold me and my three adult children while their dad was in the Cleveland clinic. It is a walkable distance during the day to the Cleveland clinic takes about 20 minutes. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with a backyard little porch where you can sit on the steps and look at the stars. The people around me were friendly and everyone said hello.The inside is sooooo cute, think urban chic and the host had everything I needed. Truly a home away from home.. I highly recommend this property.Mark was accommodating and considerate. Very quick to respond when I thought I left something there.. If I come back to the clinic or simply visiting the university I will choose this location if available! It’s perfectly located, safe, cute and very clean. We all loved our stay!

This property has good potential as it was clean at the surface level (common spaces/rooms) and the host was communicative when asked questions. We enjoyed the easy access to the property via a door code, a quiet block, and off street parking. The property had enough space for our party of 6 adults and 2 children everyone was able to spread out. The technology in terms of TVs and WiFi was great as well. Where the property fell short was the minor details that would have made a big difference - for instance rods in every closet; clean and decent towels and wash cloths. If you are going to have a cloth shower curtain it must be checked for odors and stains. We washed it ourselves because the property did have washer and dryer. We even bought new shower curtain liners to make our stay more comfortable bc the shower curtain creeped us out. To this end some of the bedding was stained and well as the towels that presented themselves as clean (rolled out hotel style) but upon opening hair, dirt etc. fall out of it. Which is a disgusting discovery. Overall, property met our needs for the 2 day stay but we would have probably changed to other accommodations if we had to stay any longer.

It is a nice older house with four bedrooms. Could use some TLC. Check-in was easy. A good location for our trip to Cleveland.

Pros: Very Luxurious place with plenty of hot shower. Gorgeous design. So many rooms and spaces.Cons: Not really a kid friendly place because of all the plant pots on the ground. The vents smell like cigarettes and weed from outside I believe because there were people smoking there.the neighborhood was a bit sketchy and you would hear loud music outside so that was a bummer.

Mark, Our host was welcoming and helpful. Good information. The house is comfortable and functions well. Kitchen has basic spices and cooking items. Easy walk to Cleveland Clinic.

Host was quick to address any questions. Beds were very comfortable.

The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry were fully stocked! The house was a great retreat after a long day at the Cleveland Clinic, which was very close and convenient.

Pretty nice. The beds wete okay, kitchen and living room furnishings subpar. Kitchen and fridge great. Off street parking great. Close to stadium and other attractions.

During our stay, we had hot weather. House has a/c but it was a window unit. Needed to use fans to cool house so it was noisy in the evenings.

We were in town for kid’s dance competition. 3 adults and 3 kids lived here for 2 weeks and it was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, uber and DoorDash connectivity was easy and bathrooms had hot running water. That was all we needed.

Updated home inside and out. Check in was smooth. The home was clean. And overall good space that accommodated 6 adult and 2 kids. The master room was slight smaller than expected, but everyone have their preference.2 of us WFH and we had no issues with the network which was important. Great Hosts!

The property was in a convenient location. It’s an older house, but renovated and very cute on the inside. It was very clean and maintained well. Minutes away from everything. My family enjoyed our stay there and would definitely return if we ever need to stay in Cleveland again.
