Love the condition of the property and the setup for my large family - this home worked great for us, but the neighborhood is very busy all hours of the night.

Great house and location!

Host was very responsive to messages. Close to everything we needed. Beds were great. Several little upgrades like a filtered water pitcher already chilled, fresh ground coffee. Bedding was so comfortable!

Our family of six spent a wonderful weekend for a swim meet in this home. It was beautiful, spacious, warm and inviting and so convenient to everything we needed during our stay. The host communicated quickly and we felt very at home! We plan to return again next meet!

We had a wonderful stay at this cute little cottage. Super close to campus, very comfortable and extremely clean. The host was amazing and was very responsive to questions and very accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again on future trips.

We enjoyed our stay in April 2025. The house is conveniently located close to UGA and Athens dining/entertainment areas. Madeleine was very responsive to any questions we had about her property. Highly recommend 5-star property/service.

This home worked perfectly for us and everything inside is nice, well kept and very comfortable. The house is in great shape. We enjoyed relaxing there. The location works well as in a quiet neighborhood where there is a mix of older homes and new ones. There is access to a trailheqd whether via a very short drive or a doable walk Would definitely come back again!

Perfect spot for 4 mom's visiting their UGA students. Close to the 10 loop and campus. The neighbors have cats that behave like dogs, which was fun, and they'll greet you when you go out to the car.

Great location for visiting UGA! Quiet neighborhood. Make sure you are comfortable with cats because they hang out at the doors waiting to sneak inside when you come in and out … But the home is amazing, clean and great location for UGA visit. Will stay again!

This was a great place to stay for my son and family ! My son had a golf tournament he played at UGA for a SJGT tournament - 2 day tournament - the rental provided everything we needed and was ver comfortable for everyone thanks so much
