Stylish 4 BR/3BA Old Town Scottsdale Home - New Pool, Hot Tub & Modern Amenities

This is a great stay. We will definitely book at this place again. I know it may sound cliche but it’s home away from home. It’s a very nice home to stay and centrally located to what we need.

Ginger was incredible and so easy to work with. She met every need and even got us cookies and champagne as we were celebrating our daughter’s high school graduation. The home was warm and inviting and the pool was amazing. We would definitely be staying here again!!Thank you Ginger

This was one of the absolute best VRBOs I have ever rented! The host was very attentive and kept checking on us to make sure that everything was good. The property was immaculate and anything you needed was there. We were close to the airport and only a 3 minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale. The backyard was beautiful and so peaceful. Would definitely book this property again! Highly recommend!!

This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home was perfect for our visit. It is in a quiet neighborhood! The home was very clean and so comfortable and inviting with great decor. The kitchen is well stocked and has top of the line appliances. The backyard is delightful. The mural on the brick fence is beautiful and adds so much color. The pool is so very nice with a lounging area. Lots of seating for dining and conversations. A perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee! Ginger, the host, made us feel very welcome. She was always available if I had a question and answered back quickly. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. Close to good restaurants, and a short drive to kid-friendly activities. Host was easy to communicate with. Check in and out were super easy too. Great kitchen and large dining area for a 3-generation family. We all loved the pool, especially with the unseasonably hot weather!

Great hosts and house. The rooms were spacious and we loved the pool and outdoor areas. All the amenities are there for cooking and grilling. The hosts checked in to make sure all was well. We would stay again!

We had a great stay here for spring break with our teenage kids. Our family of 4 couldnt stop raving about it. The backyard with the pool, hot tub, lighting and desert mural on the wall had such a wonderful vibe! House was clean and well stocked with everything you could need. Kids loved having their own bathrooms!. Great location near old town, restaurants and close to the 101 for getting around. Ginger was a great host, and always helpful with anything we needed. Highly recommend !

The house was clean and well stocked. The pool temp was perfect. Location was ideal, quick drive to food and sight seeing. Ginger was so easy to work with, great at communication and quick to respond. Would definitely book again!

The house was absolutely amazing and perfect for our group of 7. The host was incredibly helpful with great communication before and during our trip and even left a thoughtful welcome gift!The home itself was beautiful, modern, and had everything our family needed. The amenities were excellent, and the outdoor space was just as impressive as the inside. The house has 2 master bedrooms with bathrooms, a hot tub, and the new pool was fantastic and definitely one of the highlights of the property!The check in process was very easy, and the location was perfect. It was convenient to the airport and close to everything we wanted to do in Scottsdale, including shopping, golfing and visiting ASU.We had such a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this property!

This house was amazing. The location was walking distance to Old Town, the backyard was huge with a large heated pool and jacuzzi. The house was large with everything you needed. We had six adults and we had plenty of room. Ginger the host was amazing and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We stayed 21 days and would stay here again.

Ginger, our host, was great with communication on everything! The house is very well stocked with lots of supplies, and we were even greeted with a little welcome gift! Even with a little “issue” the first morning, Ginger was right on it getting everything taken care of for us while we were out exploring beautiful Scottsdale. We will definitely be back!!**a little bonus was we were super grateful they had a foam roller to work out all of our sore muscles and backaches from walking/shopping all day

Had a super pleasant weekend at the property

The property is nice, as described. The outside is nice, we had a couple of work arounds. A tub faucet is coming off, lights/fans mislabeled, TV in main room was a little wonky. It is perfect for a large group, sunny, easy to get around.

House was perfectly located to all major golf courses, no course more than 25 minutes away. Very well stocked kitchen, ample bedrooms, clean, and quiet neighborhood.The host was incredibly responsive to any questions, things went super smooth. Would stay at this location again without hesitation.

We had a great time staying here. We had enough bedrooms and bathrooms. Close to shopping and restaurants. Great communication.

We really enjoyed staying at this home with our family of five. The home must have been renovated in the last year or two and was modern and well furnished. Everyone had their own bedroom with plenty of room in the open area kitchen/family room. The owner was great and made sure everything was in perfect order. As advertised, it was about a 1.5 mile walk to Old Town through a nice local park. We highly recommend!
