The Space:

Grab your friends and an IPA (is this the cool Austin thing now! Idk I stopped drinking last year when this home was built. That's a lie... that I stopped drinking) and head outside to the yard for a proper outdoor Olympics. Enjoy corn hole and ring toss while chatting with your buds, reminiscing about the good ol’ days. But, spoiler alert, the good ole’ days are now, because this Airbnb slaps. Cheers!!!



Guest Access:

- You will have full access to the entire home during your stay.

- Entry to the home is by a digital keypad Yale lock.

- Free street parking is not available.

- Two shared rear parking spaces are available for standard-sized vehicles only.



The Neighborhood:

See and hear for yourself why Austin is known as the “Live Music Capital of the World.” Sixth Street now showcases the best entertainment acts in the city. Walk down the street and let the sound of live music coming from bars and clubs guide you. Listen to a huge range of music, including country, jazz, rock and everything in between. The street is particularly busy during the annual Austin City Limits Music Festival, which takes place in Zilker Park, on the south side of Lady Bird Lake.



Getting Around:

This home is perfectly located in the heart of East Austin, making it easy to explore the city's best spots. Whether you're walking, biking, or catching a quick ride, you'll have no trouble getting around.



Walking – You're just minutes from some of Austin’s best bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. 6th Street and Rainey Street are a short stroll away for live music, great food, and nightlife.



Biking & Scooters – Austin is a bike-friendly city, and you’ll find rental bikes and scooters readily available nearby. They're a great way to zip around downtown and beyond.



Rideshares & Taxis – Uber and Lyft are always just a few minutes away, offering quick and easy rides to destinations like South Congress (SoCo), Zilker Park, or the airport.



Public Transit – The CapMetro bus and MetroRail offer affordable options to explore Austin, with stops conveniently located nearby.



Driving & Parking – If you're bringing a car, there are two parking spaces located in the alley behind the property, which are shared with Unit B. Free street parking is not available. The parking area is not suitable for trucks, large SUVs, or any oversized vehicles.

Other Things to Note:

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!



Pet Friendly:

• Pets are welcome. A maximum of two pets under 60 lbs each is allowed. A pet fee of $49 per pet will be added if pets are included at booking. If pets are not declared during booking, the applicable fee will be charged separately. Please note the booking platform only allows one pet to be selected; if bringing a second pet, the additional fee will be collected after booking.



Additional Services:

• Planning a BBQ Your rental comes with a complimentary full tank upon arrival. A propane tank refill is available for a one-time $55 charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!

• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.



House Rules:

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property. 2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. 3. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets. A pet fee will apply per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets and no large pets allowed (less than 30lbs) 4. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property. If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.

    While the host was responsive this is not a property I would ever recommend. There was not a single comfortable place to sit in the entire house. There is no couch. The dining room chairs are filthy dirty and stained. We had to bring patio furniture inside to sit on as an alternative. We also improvised by using a cot to make a couch and it was disgustingly dirty. The straw that broke the camels back is roaches!!! We found two giant roaches in the house! One was found in the bed upstairs and the other crawled into my suitcase! This is NOT acceptable! We were issued a credit for the cleaning fee because of the roaches.

    I’d recommend 2 things: In boarding pass, tell guests to leave the gate padlocks off after arriving. We inadvertently locked in the unit 1 guests for a couple hours our first morning there.Also, you need to upgrade your bath towels. They’re below college flophouse quality. Nothing I would write a review on, but not acceptable.

    This is a perfect place in East Austin. The apartment is spotless and counts with a pretty outdoor area. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants and a couple of music and comedy venues a couple of blocks over on East 6th Street, plus it's a quick walk to downtown Austin itself if you should want to. Not to mention the airport is quite close. Communication with the property managers is one of the best features - so very caring and responsive. Professional indeed.
