Stylish 3‑Bed Townhome w/ Private Atrium, Pool & Garage – Near SoCo + Airport+DT

The check in and check out process was easy. I also appreciated the quick responses from our host. Improvements that need to be made is overall cleanliness.

Perfect for our weekend getaway. It was clean and in a good location

The townhome was excellent. Everything was clean, well-kept, and as-advertised. The property is conveniently located close to 35, which made it easy to traverse the city. The surrounding area, however, had quite a few homeless people, several of whom were using drugs on the corresponding sidewalk outside the property. No issues arose during the stay but I would be weary of bringing my young children to the property. For our group of 4 adults, it was fine. All in all, a great stay. Thanks, Adolfo!

Comfortable, clean well supplied properly

We booked this property based on the numerous 10/10 reviews, but do not agree that it deserved the Exceptional rating it had been given. We found it to be well-appointed, but that did not outweigh what we considered to be negatives: (1) We arrived after dark, and navigating from the off-street parking spot (a plus!) to the front door was dangerous due to an unlit walkway (broken post light along the sidewalk) (2) The first morning we awoke to a passerby bathing herself in water from the spigot outside our front door. (3) We found the bathrooms to be quite small. (4) The dining room chairs were so flimsy that our male guests declined to sit in them for fear that they would break. (5) Given that we paid a cleaning fee it seemed unreasonable that we had to tote our garbage to a dumpster elsewhere on the property upon checkout. This property just wasn’t for us.

We appreciate the amenities that are provided. We have stayed here before because it is close to our Austin family. Having access to the garage was especially nice this trip because of the rain.

A very nice property with everything you need in the kitchen and lots of towels and toiletries for the bathrooms. Plenty of room to spread out, nice to have a garage for the rental car. We really enjoyed the pool. The host was very easy to communicate with and appreciate him letting us stay there on short notice when our other rental cancelled on us that he let us stay there
